“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing stay at Los Lagos! The hot spring pools were wonderful—the thermal water was so relaxing, and we truly enjoyed every moment. We only wish we could have stayed longer. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and our room was spotless and very comfortable. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and it was delicious. Personale poco collaborativo e tante carenze per una struttura tra le più care della zona. Mancanza asciugami per la piscina, capsule caffè in camera, sapone in bagno, ecc…peccato perchè potrebbe essere una struttura wow”

“Great experience!!! Staff friendly, very attentive. Property with excellent conditions, great views. The only thing negative to mention is how to get to the hotel, street in very poor conditions. When you drive the first time is very uncomfortable because you think you are lost, but not your are on the right way LOL”

“It's a beautiful spot overlooking the mountains. The chalet was well equipped and a fantastic use of space. We would highly recommend it. The only suggestion would be to cut back the trees off the upstairs balcony so that you can see the view better. ”

“Even that the road to get there is not in amazing conditions, if you have a 4x4 - tall car is totally worth it! The place and the nature around it is amazing, you feel like a VIP the staff is amazingly friendly and the food is incredible, we had so much fun, so many things to do that time is not enough. The nature, the peace and the atmosphere is just incredible. 1000000% recommend it.”
