The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and I really appreciated how well-organized and enjoyable their activities are (salsa and bachata classes, nature tours, etc.). “The room had the absolute minimum of amenities and the staff would not provide anymore as requested. The bathroom tile work was long over due for replacement and there was a long hole in the wall below the air conditioner. There was no parking and no sign to indicate where the hostel was located. We decided not to stay and the staff and manager refused to refund any portion of the charged 5 day cost. I would recomment avoiding this property completely!”

“Breakfast was included in our booking. The 1st day we had to wait almost an hour for someone to make breakfast. Day #2 get got a cold sandwich w cheese and ham. We stayed in a private room on the first floor. The room was near the lobby/entrance and kitchen. It was a bit noisy at times. Overall location was nice. Close to stores within walking distance ”
