All of the staff could not have been more attentive and friendly, especially those in the Executive Lounge who went above and beyond to ensure that we were well looked after. Trovo che un albergo di lusso non possa non capire la necessità di coprire, pulire e togliere dalla vista certe schifezze... capisco che siamo in India, però .... inoltre ho pagato per due breakfast, ne ho consumato uno, sono giunta con 10 min di ritardo, mi hanno fatto ordinare alla carta non dicendomi che mi avrebbero fatto pagare e mi hanno caricato 25 euro di colazione.
