Hotel in zona Piccola Italia, Erie

“The bath linens were worn and thin. The room was sufficiently clean but could probably use a deep cleaning. It looked up to date with other Red Roofs I have stayed in recently. The clientele was very loud into the night and into the early morning hours. Near traffic and train tracks so if you don’t like noise when you’re sleeping not the best option. It was very reasonable in pricing and convenient for the activities we were attending.”

“Robin was amazing and very helpful!”

“The staff was friendly, bed was comfortable. The thing that caught my attention that most in a negative way was the filthy windows ( they were so dirty that really could no see the view of the bay ) also we ate at Oliver’s and the windows were covered with spiders and webs, it ruined my appetite IT WAS SO GROSS. I can’t believe that they would not have a higher standard. I would not stay at this hotel again!”

“First of all, I can't seem to get a receipt from the front desk for my stay. I need it for my accounting department because it was business travel-I used the company credit card for it. I have asked once at the desk and called them twice and have not received it. I was told weather problems were affecting their internet. Secondly, the beds were much too firm to sleep comfortably on them, and there was not a working light in the bathroom-no switch for it, though there looked like a light...

“Cedric was most helpful, kind, professional in changing our stay for one more night in same room 626 which has an awesome view of the Bayfront--The pool and whirlpool were so very clean and nice--the coffee and pumpkin cream cheese muffin were VERY good as well as the smiling young lady that served it--we will be back in July2027 its on our wish list all ready. I do not know why our neighbors travel so far to Ocean City MD or Myrtle Beach SC when (ESP if you have a pet you don't want to leave...

“It was all great”

“Todo estuvo bien la habitacion está muy grande y confortable el personal muy amable y atento; el único inconveniente fue que encontré cucarachas en mi habitación”

“This hotel was amazing and the view was beautiful. I would recommend this hotel. We will be back next summer!”

“Clean, safe and well priced.”

“Vero che stiamo parlando di un 2 stelle. Però … Pavimenti appiccicosi dappertutto. Soffitti in ingresso rattoppati. Camera 109. Moquette sfilacciata. Rivestimento basi letto rovinato. Porta di ingresso che chiude male. Ante armadio che chiudono male. Un cattivo odore proveniente dal bagno e abbiamo chiuso la porta… Non si apriva più!!! Abbiamo provato in tutti i modi, fino a richiedere intervento receptionist. Il ragazzo molto gentile a sua volta ha provato e poi l’ha aperta con una spallata …...

“Very good”

“Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura come tappa intermedia per arrivare alle cascate del Niagara. Scelta azzeccata. Hotel informale ma comodo e pulito.”

“What you would expect for $80/night. Dirty, loud and poorly maintained. I’m convinced my room was fish-bowled the night before I came. If you are sensitive to smells, like cleanliness or hate loud noise while trying to sleep, pay the extra $30 and sleep elsewhere.”
