“We had a fabulous stay from start to finish. All the staff were welcoming and attentive and the concierge service was super helpful with recommendations and organizing bookings for restaurants. The hotel had great amenities including the spa, and our beachfront suite was wonderful. Being able to swim out to see turtles in the lagoon was a real highlight for the whole family.”

“Truly a 5 star resort! Having a butler was a unique experience as was the having no room keys (that’s another first for me). We had some rain on our trip so a few more rainy day options would be a good addition. Loved that all water toys were included, find a kayak, pool noodle, stand up paddle board, you could use it. “Everything here was excellent, including the staff, the facilities, the room, the view from the room, the food in the restaurants, the pool, the available water toys (kayak, hobbies, ) and the very attention to details that convey that sense of luxury (ie the shampoo, the towel, the soap, the amazing bedding, etc). They are trying to keep the sargassum away with a barrier and partially succeeding at keeping it under control. The beach is relatively small and facing east.”
