“Firstly the pictures used for the advert are very much out of date. I have been in touch with the owner to let him know our concerns. The house is in a great area for the centre of Pickering and a few shops within a few minutes walk so ideal. Firstly we struggled to get into the property as the lock was a bit temperamental.
