“The place was clean. The staff was friendly & helpful. Had to change room because door was missing the keeper so it wouldn’t lock when you weren’t there. Only could lock with deadbolt while inside. They changed our room without any hassle & promptly. Very very nice people. The room could use a chair or 2 for relaxing because only had 1 office type chair. Had to sit on bed. TV too high for watching from bed. ”

There was a huge bedroom, huge bath with a barn door and a large stand-up shower, TWO balconies, a very large and open "living area" with ANOTHER bathroom (no shower)! “It was unique, a little hip/funky, beautiful, comfortable and well-situated in the middle of downtown Florence. I note that I could hear the bar and music, but the bar closed around 10:00, when I went to bed. It took a little while to get hot water, but then it was fine. There needs to be better instructions to operate the (useful!) electronic devices & it would help to tell people that registration is at the bar.”

The hotel room was so comfortable and the balcony view overlooking TVA and Florence landscape was very nice.Very clean. I wanted to add an extra night but there was a huge group arriving and that wasn’t possible, which is understandable. I will def stay here again. ”
