“Facility is old and our room was in need of repair. There was no ice bucket, no cups, no place to hang clothes. The toilet was loose and wobbled badly. Fairly clean, but old and dingy.”

“I want sure what category this fell under. You had just bought the Coldwater Inn in Tuscumbia, AL. We had to check in 3 different times and obtain 3 different sets of keys. Inconvenient. But no big deal. But i thonk that caused the next issue. Our room wasnt cleaned while we were there and we were there a full week. Had to ask for toilet paper. No made beds, etc. Again. No big deal as it was just my husband and I. Just thought you would want to know how the transition is going. ”

“The breakfast was actually awful, cold eggs and breakfast meats. The warmers were not warm. The apple juice dispenser was broken and in The coffee is from a machine that was not monitored and every time I went for coffee all I got was a very watered down something, mostly hot water. But, it was in a convenient location and quiet.”

My shower gel ran out as I’m taking my 1st shower , There was a wasp nest on the balcony , the room was so dark my wife had to put her makeup on outside . $350 per night way more than any hotel in the area . I loved the quiet room , food at the restaurant and staff . ”

“I seriously thought about giving this place a TERRIBLE review because I liked it here so much and I dont want to see the price go up once construction on the exterior pool is complete and summer gets here. This is a river front property, however fishing is not allowed on the rocks currently but there is a place to fish about a quarter of a mile away in the neighborhood. The bed is super comfy. The Zenses shampoo, body wash, and lotion in the scent of Sandalwood was amazing. The conditioner...
