“It’s a shame that this inn lacks investment and renovation. The owner works hard and tries her best but the establishment is in need of modernization. Musty smell from the old carpets, old bathrooms and badly locking doors. I felt that I didn’t get value for money compared to the other inns and bed & breakfasts we stayed in during our time in Nova Scotia. This was probably the most expensive but the least value. “Older property and showing her age however the beds were comfortable and the complementary breakfast had the basics. Staff were pleasant and accommodating. Due to a few issues with our room; hairdryer didn’t work, no plug in bathroom sink and debris under bed, the hotel gave us a discount.”
