“Check in was easy, pretty spot and view. Needed to use the back patio during the heat of the day until the sun went down, because the direct sun in the front area is intense. We were surprised the sliding doors and all windows did not have screens, but it wasn't too bad. We were in the middle of the wilderness, with birds and sloths on site, but still had room service/clean up and buffet style breakfast and a pool! "Il nostro soggiorno è stato eccezionale. La struttura è bellissima e gode di un panorama fantastico. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile e d'aiuto con ogni richiesta. Ci è stato fatto un graditissimo upgrade ad una suite con piscina privata riscaldata all'esterno della camera, che è stata una bella sorpresa. Abbiamo cenato al ristorante dell'hotel e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L'hotel è leggermente fuori dalla zona più centrale di Santa Elena, ma il personale è stato molto disponibile ad organizzarci dei taxi su richiesta. Grazie a tutto il personale per il fantastico soggiorno!"
