“The property was clean, entrance to lobby was nice and room area was nice and nice bathroom but the bad part is, the connecting door bolt lock does not work and staff was going to let the next door guest to not use the door which made no sense and will inform them that they now have access to our room. FD agent was bothered that “we should have noticed that it didn’t work as we checked in rather than realizing later that it did not work” as if its our fault and was bothered that we ask to move...

“The staff was very nice and friendly. We checked in quickly. They had computer problems and it took until day #3 to get a second key for our room (we checked out day #4). The breakfast was OK, but the food was cold. We settled for cereal the first day, then went out to breakfast the additional days. The room was clean, which is very important to me. We will stay again”

“I was traveling for business. The pool was closed because it was after Labor Day. I did not take advantage of any of their amenities that they had to offer. I spent 4 days there and the housekeeping staff was wonderful. They clean my room every single day and made my bed and made sure that I had fresh towels and toiletries and anything else that I needed. I was very pleased with the housekeeping staff.”

“Our room was clean and bed slept well. The breakfast was very tasty. We will book this place next time we are in that area. Also staff was very friendly.”

“Everything was great except for one of the beds, which seemed old and broken down. It was pretty uncomfortable. Otherwise, it was quiet and the breakfast was pretty good.”

“Clean property and room. Enjoyed use of the gym and close walking to The Falls and points of interest. Wonderful overnight stay!”
