“Room was subpar this time there was a hole in the wall and the door that looked like it was from someone punching the wall. I notified management and they didnt even offer switching rooms which was disappointing.”

“The hotel was broken, dirty, and rundown. It smelled like chlorine and smoke as soon as you walked in. Our room also smelled the same. The room was outdated, and felt dirty. The toilet wasn't flushed and things were rusted and stained. It looks like one of the outlets burned. We were only staying one night and I couldn't afford to book another room so we managed. We checked out the pool even though we had no intentions of swimming. The pool looked dirty and the hot tub had all kinds of stuff...

“Good space but seen a couple roaches my sink was stopped up asked man to come fix it he said he will be up in 10 mins and a hour later when it was time for him to go he told my uncle maintenance will be here at 9am no maintenance came and I hope they don’t take my deposit from that because I got my room with sink stopped up”

“Only thing that I didn't like was no coffee maker or Keurig in the room. Had to go in thr lobby”

“The TV didn’t work so they moved us to a different room. The bed a pillows were so horrible that neither my wife nor I got any sleep. We had reservations for two nights but couldn’t handle a second night in that bed. The staff was apologetic and offered to put us in a different room but we decided to just go home.”
