“During my stay, the STAFF was very kind to us & helpful. When there was a concern about something, they took care of it immediately.
We were treated w/much respect & kindness from desk staff, to the cooks, maint. & housekeeping. Due to having my service dog, I volunterred to do vacuuming etc., which simplified everything.
Thank you to each of you that I engaged with for making our stay there comfortable.

“Literally got sexually assaulted in the elevator employees never offered to call cops when I told them they only called cops when it happened again same day to one of there employees they never offered a refund or anything said it’s not there fault”

“I stayed for 2 nights. I booked a king room and when I opened my door to my room I got 2 queens. I didn’t go complain. Room was clean. But on the second night I noticed a dehumidifier on the first floor in the hallway. Plus there were missing ceiling tiles in the hallway on the second floor where I was staying. Had a musty smell when I was walking down the hallway. Hotel does need some TLC. The bonus is it’s right next to Cracker Barrel. Definitely needs an upgrade to this hotel.”
