The farmhouse lies on two levels, connected internally by a staircase. The main entrance, on the ground floor, consists of a series of three interconnected rooms used as a living area; up to the dining area, the space is open-plan, with only a few steps separating the different areas. From the living room, you can access the pergola and terrace through large French doors, and to the left is the fully equipped kitchen. The floor is completed by a TV room, a bathroom with a shower, and a laundry room. All rooms in the living room and kitchen have French doors providing direct access to the garden’s equipped areas. The first floor houses all the bedrooms: a master bedroom with a beautiful sitting area with a sofa, armchairs, a fireplace, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and finally, a twin bedroom with an adjacent bathroom with a shower. All the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
The estate where the farmhouse is located covers an area of approximately 47 hectares, covered by a vast woodland. Around the farmhouse, an area of about 1.5 hectares hosts the meticulously maintained garden, a flourishing mix of various types of flowers that alternate in the well-kept grassy areas around the house and near the pool. Climbing roses, lavender, and bushes of Mediterranean herbs line the dry-stone walls and internal pathways. A terrace with chairs and tables allows guests to admire unforgettable sunsets while sipping a glass of wine in good company. Another relaxation corner is located on the side of the house, with chairs and a table. From the access road, you can directly reach the parking area with 4 uncovered parking spaces.
The stunning, panoramic, heated swimming pool with a cover for the night is situated on the lower terracing of the property, accessible from the house via two staircases from the porch. The pool, with a tiled border and PVC interior lining, is rectangular in shape and features three internal steps on one side for easy access. It measures 12x6 meters with a constant depth of 1.50 meters. The filtration system is chlorine-based, and along the pool's perimeter, which is made of tiles and grass, is the sunbathing area, furnished with sunbeds and an umbrella. The pool is equipped with internal lighting and remains open until the first Saturday of October. If heating is required for the pool, at least a week notice is needed and there will be an extra cost to pay at check in of £50 per day in July and August and £80 per day in the rest of the months.
