  • This condo is on the third floor of the River Place Condo. Behind this complex is a large river with ducks and geese. You have plenty of parking in front of the complex and a seasonal outdoor pool! You are within walking distance of Fantasy Golf, Big Top Arcade, Buzzed Bull Creamery, Red Rooster Pancake, and only 4 min from The Island in Pigeon Forge. Prime location for all attractions!

    NO TRAILERS ON THE PREMISES! You will be towed.

    This beautiful condo is decorated with a southern feel. This unit is located on the third floor, therefore you will use the elevator during your stay. During your stay enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, three TVs with Roku (so you can use your smart TV devices such as Netflix, Prime, Hulu, etc), a spacious living room with a pull-out sofa, and two-bedroom/two full bath accommodations!
    The master bedroom has a newly renovated stand-up shower and your washer/dryer is located there as well. The master offers a king-size bed. In the second room, you have a queen bed and a connected bathroom.
    Enjoy a nice evening outside on the spacious back balcony while watching the river flow by. There are tons of ducks that visit and large white geese you can watch right out the living room window! Bring some bread and have fun feeding the ducks!!

    ABSOLUTELY NO PETS!!!! IF RULES ARE BROKEN $1,250 CLEANING FEE. $250 for washing blankets and couch covers, $500 for ozone machine, $500 for deep clean, plus compensation for lost rent.

    ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES IN THIS CONDO!! IF RULES ARE BROKEN $1,000 CLEANING FEE. $500 for steam cleaning tile and carpet, $500 deep cleaning, plus compensation for all broken items and lost rent.

    NO MORE THAN 6 GUESTS PER STAY. FOR EACH ADDITIONAL GUEST THERE IS A $300.00 FEE PER PERSON.

Amazing location!

This condo was beautifully appointed, immaculately clean and one block off the Parkway, in the heart of Pigeon Forge! The balcony overlooks the river and there was plenty of parking close to the elevator. The only challenge was that we happily made use of the washer (and appreciated the packet of laundry soap left by the owner) but couldn't get the dryer door to latch, so had to pack some damp jeans. Loved the candy left for us on the table!

Exactly as described

Everything excellent. Very clean. Easy check-in. Everything worked. Very quiet(except geese LOL). Walking distance to everything. Nice balcony view. Will stay again
