You`ll be close to Dollywood, dining, shopping, and the Smokies while enjoying the quiet beauty of the mountains.

Inside, you`ll find a warm, inviting living space with two fireplaces, a fully equipped kitchen, and four comfortable bedrooms. The lower-level game room features a pool table, arcade games, and a second living area for hours of family fun. After a day of exploring, unwind in the private hot tub, gather around the outdoor fire pit, grill dinner on the charcoal BBQ, or relax in a rocking chair on the spacious decks while taking in the peaceful mountain setting.

* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to bring extras with you or prepare to pick them up during your stay!

* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
*There is a strict no-smoking policy. This includes inside the cabin, on the decks and in the hot tub. Smoking is permitted in the parking area.

*There is a strict no-pet policy.

Any guests violating these rules will be assessed an additional $500 cleaning fee.
