★ THE SPACE ★
This breathtaking 2 bedroom cabin features tons of NATURAL LIGHT from the massive floor-to-ceiling windows. It’s located in a RESORT community near downtown Pigeon Forge, approximately 10 MINUTES TO DOLLYWOOD! You’ll have a great time enjoying the cabin’s 2 ARCADES, a HOT TUB, POOL TABLE, and board games. The cabin does not have a mountain view, but that means you won't need to contend with dangerous and narrow mountain roads. You'll have neighbors in this resort community, however, you'll still feel part of nature with the trees directly behind the cabin.

★ BEDROOMS ★
The cabin has 2 private bedrooms, each with a King size bed. The Master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. There are also 2 Queen size sleeper sofas in each of the living areas for additional sleeping accommodations. The bedrooms have a hanging TV with Spectrum cable.

★ BATHROOMS ★
The Master bedroom’s attached bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub, enclosed toilet room, and a tub shower. The second bathroom is located in the lower level’s living area, and also has a tub with jets.

★ GAME AREA ★
The game area has two arcade cabinets (NBA Jam / Marvel vs Capcom) and a selection of board and card games for your enjoyment. There is also a pool table next to the living area.

★ OUTDOOR SPACE ★
A deck is located on the backside of the cabin where you can take in some fresh air. There is a swinging chair and rocking chair to lounge in. There’s also a 4 person hot tub to relax away your worries. In front of the cabin is a 24-inch wide charcoal grill.

★ KITCHEN / DINING ROOM AMENITIES★

✓ There is a convenience store and a pizza restaurant within the resort that is walking distance from this cabin (3 minute walk)

★ ABOUT OUR CABIN ★
✓ High Speed WiFi - 400+ Mbps speeds
✓ We provide a starter pack of dish soap, hand soap, and dishwasher tablets.
✓ Please consider bringing your own laundry detergent
✓ Our cleaners provide a starter set of toilet paper and paper towels. Please consider buying more for extended stays.
✓ Depending on the weather, the HVAC unit may not sufficiently cool the upper level because of the high ceilings and large windows. Oscillating fans and an air circulator are provided to help with cooling.
✓ Guests must be 25+ (children with parents are allowed)

★ ABOUT THE MOUNTAINS ★
✓ We’re located in a developed resort area surrounded by a mountain range, so cell service may be spotty and you may see bugs or furry critters (including bears!). Due to the the surroundings, if doors are left open, or food is left outside or in your car, it could attract bugs and other animals. Please be careful!
✓ There are no refunds for storms or power outages. If there is a power outage, there will be no heat/AC and possibly no water. Storms can also make roads impassable, so if a storm is in the forecast during your reservation, come prepared with water and non-perishable food, etc.

★Reminders★
✓ No pets. We reserve the right to charge $250 (per pet) and guests will be escorted off premises
✓ No smoking/vaping on the premises
✓ No parties allowed in cabin. A $750 fine will be imposed and guests will be escorted off premises
✓ No overnight guests beyond those mentioned in your reservation. Please include your entire group size in your reservation
✓ If you've damaged anything in the cabin, please let me know
✓ Quiet hours begin at 10 PM
