This condo is on the first floor of River Place Condo complex, and is a wonderful corner unit allowing for maximum window capacity and all the sunshine you want. Behind this complex is a large river with ducks and geese. You have plenty of parking in the front of complex and an seasonal outdoor pool! You are within walking distance of Fantasy Golf, Big Top Arcade, Buzzed Bull Creamery, Red Rooster Pancake and only 4 min from The Island in Pigeon Forge. Prime location for all attractions!
This beautiful condo is decorated with a southern feel. Being located on the first floor eliminates use of the elevator during your stay. During your stay enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, three TV's with Roku (so you can use your smart TV devices such as Netflix, Prime, Hulu, etc), a spacious living room with pull out sofa and two bedroom/two full bath accommodations! The master bedroom has a newly renovated shower with tile from floor to ceiling and your washer/dryer are located there as well. The master offers a king size bed. In the second room you have a queen bed and connected bathroom.
Enjoy a nice evening outside on the spacious back balcony while watching the river flow by.
This charming mountain retreat is located just off the main parkway US-441 in Pigeon Forge, within short distance to many shows and restaurants, and only minutes from Dollywood, Splash Country, Dixie Stampede, The Titanic, WonderWorks, Hatfield McCoy, Beyond the Lens, Smoky Mountain Opry, Country Tonite, Hollywood Wax Museum, Hard Rock Café, Gatlinburg, and all the fun that Pigeon Forge and The Smokies has to offer. For racing enthusiasts, the NASCAR speed track has something for all the kids to do and it's only one mile and a half away from your vacation rental!Fishermen may want to bring their boat, and take the family to the beautiful Douglas Dam Headwaters Campground and Park. It has a ramp, swimming beach, and day-use dock, on one of Tennessee's finest bass fishing lakes, host of the Bass Master's Elite tournament, and complete with a beach for family swimming fun.
The Pigeon Forge area is home to dozens of fun-filled attractions. The many local theaters have a wide variety of music and shows. There are also five major outlet malls with over one million square feet of shopping and over 500 restaurants from fast food to fine dining. If you would like to stroll gift shops and eateries, ice skate, ski, bungee jump, ride an alpine slide or aerial tramway, play putt-putt, visit a black bear habitat, see the holiday light display, or even skydive indoors, phew … Gatlinburg is only seven miles away! Why stop there? The Smoky Mountains and Appalachian Trail make for a beautiful drive starting at the edge of Gatlinburg. The Cherokee, NC casino is also only a short, and beautiful drive through the Smokies.

ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES IN THIS CONDO!! IF RULES ARE BROKEN $1,000 CLEANING FEE. $500 for steam cleaning tile and carpet, $500 deep cleaning, plus compensation for all broken items and lost rent.

NO SMOKING IN THIS CONDO!! IF YOU SMOKE IN THE UNIT THERE IS A $1,000 FEE FOR FOR DEEP CLEANING AND OZONE MACHINE. $500 for deep clean, $500 for ozone machine, plus compensation for lost rent.

NO MORE THAN 6 GUESTS PER STAY. FOR EACH ADDITIONAL GUEST THERE IS A $300.00 FEE PER PERSON.
