First Time to the Smokey Mountains

The cabin's location was ideal, especially in its proximity to The Island in Pigeon Forge. This made accessing local attractions and amenities both convenient and enjoyable. The cabin impressed us with its cleanliness and comfort. Everything we needed for a relaxing stay was provided, ensuring a hassle-free experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the hot tub. It was a delightful way to unwind after a day full of sightseeing and exploring the area.As first-timers to the Smoky Mountains, our experience was nothing short of wonderful. The cabin's setting contributed significantly to our enjoyment of the natural beauty and serene environment of the mountains. **Overall Impression:** Our stay at the cabin in Pigeon Forge was memorable and enjoyable. The combination of a perfect location, excellent amenities, and the breathtaking Smoky Mountains made our trip exceptional. We would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a comfortable and scenic getaway in the Smokies.

Great location!

We were very pleased with the spacious accommodations, clean cabin and the location. Our dogs also loved the cabin, which is why we chose this cabin apposed to a hotel, our fur babies were welcome. Great get a way! We left a few items behind and paid to have them mailed to us. Hopefully they come soon!!

Needs work

This cabin is in a great location. It is a pet friendly cabin and I guess some guests don’t mind the smell and condition of couch but it is horrible and just my opinion you shouldn’t have carpet in a pet friendly cabin. The tv in bedroom has sound but no picture and the deck where the hot tub is has boards and nails sticking up. But, if you’re wanting a place to stay that’s pet friendly this will work. Take air Freshener, fabreeze, or something for smell and you’ll be fine.

Fun but upsetting

The home was nice.. couldn't get in at first because the front door and lock is messed up.. hot tub was great until it wasnt!wasn't!! It kept loosing water,and turning off..

Not good for the price

Doors had very hard time locking and unlocking. Couch was worn out. Bed was very uncomfortable. One of the smallest tvs I have ever seen in a cabin. But I could have lived with that all. The breaking point was hot tub did NOT work. That was the main reason I chose this cabin. For what we paid for it you could have had better comfort in a hotel. I will not be back at this cabin

House in disrepair

This is the first negative review I have ever written. The deadbolt was very difficult to secure and open on the entry door. The appliances and furnishings are in very bad shape. The refrigerator is covered with rust. The bottom of the dresser drawers are broken and fell out. The couch was thread bare. It was very musty. We spent as little time there as possible. I have never stayed at a property where a hair dryer was not included.

House needs to be refurnished. The couch is horrible.

We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere, however the house needs to be refurnished. Kitchen needs more dishes, silverware and the sheet pan is to large for the oven, the pizza pan gets stuck.. The couch is disgusting. It was clean and we loved the porch.

Updates Needed

This cabin was okay but it could've been great. The critical items were clean: linens, kitchen accessories and utensils, bathroom, floors. It is in need however, of a detail cleaning as evidenced by cobwebs and dust bunnies in the cracks of the paneling, backs of the doors, and the ceilings. The biggest issue though was with the furniture. The sofa should be immediately replaced. Both of us were unable to rise from a sitting position and had to slide to the floor then to a standing position. I recommend replacing it with a sofa bed for those folks needing respite from a snoring partner. The pub style table and chairs were awful. I'm 5'8" and it took effort to get up into them. The mattress is lumpy and offered no support. The privacy curtains on the deck for the hot tub need replaced and more added , as 2 just aren't enough. That's the bad stuff. The good stuff is that it's probably the best location in the community. The 2 TV's are a nice size and mechanically, everything worked well. We suffered 2 90 degree days while there and the AC cooled the cabin down effectively.

Bitter Sweet

Small cottage for 2, perfect. It had jucuzzi tub and hot tub but all jets weren't working, couldn't figure how to turn on fireplace and some light weren't working as well. None of these issues stopped us from having a great time a the cottage.

Do not recommend

We booked this cabin for a one night getaway and were very excited because of the hot tub. However when we arrived the refrigerator was rusted, the couch was ripped, and the hot tub did not work. We specifically booked this cabin because it had a hot tub and nothing in the description said that it did not work. Upon arrival we attempted to contact the property manager about the hot tub to see if it could be fixed. We were told they would call us back within the hour. It has been 19 hours and we have yet to hear back despite calling them twice. Very disappointed with our stay and would not recommend staying here.

Great location, the maintenance of the cabin was terrible. Doors difficult to open, hot tub jets not working due to control panel broken, bedroom ceiling fan motor noisy, had to turn off. Middle of night had to pull breakers to hot tub due to noise. Would not stay in that cabin again.

Not bad

The house was a bit outdated but overall wasn't terrible. If you are staying for more than a couple nights I might suggest bringing toilet paper and paper towels. When we arrived, there was a half used roll of paper towels and when we called to ask about getting another one, they told us that we are responsible for it. Same thing with toilet paper. But a good place to stay for a trip into the mountains. Not far from attractions which was nice.

Mother’s Day Weekend

Property and cabin were great. Next door people from Virginia and 1 from Kentucky partied ALL night. This ruined our stay and likely never return as property cannot control guests. We should have called the Police but was so tired and angry.
