Located 1.6 miles from Dollywood in Pigeon Forge. Close to all the main attractions. Off Ridge Road. No steep mountains or scary roads. Plenty of private parking out front of the cabin. This cabin is brand new and ready with all the bells and whistles for your family vacation to the smokies !!!
$$$ Yes we are Pet friendly for up to two pets. It is not included the daily rate it is a separate fee. Weight limit up to 50lbs ( can be flexible please ask). First pet is $250 fee, please add on the booking page where it asks if you are bringing a pet. The second pet vrbo can not charge for so please let me know and I will send you a request for payment. Second pet is $125.
Rules for pets
1. Please only pets that are house trained and no puppies or dogs under 1 year old.
2. No aggressive breeds, pit bulls, Rottweilers etc
3. If you bring a pet(s), and it is not disclosed at the time of booking, you will be violating the house rules and will be forced to cancel your reservation and no refund will be issued.

Discount for Military, Veterans, Police & Firefighters
We honor Current Military, Veterans, Police & Firefighters with a 5% discount. To receive this discount, book your reservation, then message us with your proof of service. The name on the reservation and payment must match the proof of service. We will issue a 5% refund of the accommodation cost in the resolution center on your check-in day. If you are receiving the weekly discount, or if the cabin has any other promotion going on, you are not eligible to receive the military discount on top. No combining of discounts, one discount per booking.
Note: The indoor pool is heated to a comfortable temperature. If the pool feels chilly for young children, we can accommodate temperature adjustments upon request.
Please use the hot tub at your own risk, the hosts are not liable for any accidents. For your safety, do not use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or if you are pregnant. If you have medical conditions that might put you at risk for using the hot tub, please consult with your doctor.
If you see wild animals during your stay please do not feed them. Stay away from them. Mama bear and her cubs are rarely seen but they do wander around occasionally. Be sure to put all garbage into the bin inside the bear-proof cage at all times. If the garbage is left outside, it might attract bears.
No unauthorized fires (including candles), No diving in the pool, No smoking inside the cabin, No parties
No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond the host's control. It is HIGHLY recommended to purchase your travel insurance.
There is composting facility located nearby that can at times create an odor that affects this resort and as far away as the parkway and Dollywood. This is generally not a significant issue but depends entirely on wind, time of the year or day, weather conditions and what the city is doing at the facility at any given time - while rare and random it can and does occur at points throughout the year. The location, views and amenities we hope outweigh this potential inconvenience

What can I say? ALOT. First of all Chris was a wonderful host. He communicated amazingly. And he responded within minutes. The cabin is immaculate and welcoming. What is even better is everything was SO close so getting kids in and out made it so much easier. Way Less traffic!! The price is worth it! The pool was a babysitter. Haha!!! Seriously,Awesome. We needed a broom due to a prior guest taking it and Christ had us a broom delivered immediately no problems. The theater room was a hit! The beds were extremely comfortable. It was all just very welcoming. We enjoyed the dinner shows,Wax museums,Cinnaholic for cinnamon rolls,the aquarium ,comedy barn and much more. The hot tub was awesome and a weinee and marshmallow roast with many memories and laughs. I will be back here and will never forget how many perks this place had. Location,Luxurious ,And an amazing Host! They truly makes a difference when you feel welcomed. I 100 percent recommend to anyone.
