Questo condominio ha una splendida vista sulle montagne, con alloggi spaziosi situati appena fuori la principale Parkway a Pigeon Forge. Nelle vicinanze si trovano il Museo delle cere di Hollywood, il Titanic, Hatfield e McCoys e molte altre attrazioni e ristoranti. Ci troviamo anche a pochi minuti da Dollywood, Gatlinburg e tutti i divertimenti di Pigeon Forge e The Smokey's.

Situato nell'edificio 3 al sesto piano con una splendida vista sulle montagne. La nostra unità è attraverso il parcheggio dalla piscina coperta, la piscina all'aperto e la vasca idromassaggio.

CARATTERISTICHE DEL CONDO:
BRAND NEW FURNITURE 2018 - Camera da letto principale con un letto king size, doccia e vasca idromassaggio, 1 set di letti a castello, 1/2 bagno, elettrodomestici aggiornati, raffinati mobili, ripiani in granito in cucina e bagni, lavatrice e asciugatrice, piastrelle di ceramica in le docce, i bagni e le altre aree comuni, una TV in soggiorno e una camera da letto con un lettore DVD nella camera da letto principale, un camino nel soggiorno e un patio privato per farvi divertire mentre i bambini sono in piscina, quindi può ancora avere una settimana romantica in montagna anche quando porti i più piccoli. Il nostro appartamento è tutto così arredato con asciugamani da bagno, salviette, asciugamani di carta, detersivo per piatti, saponette, sacchetti per la spazzatura, posate, argenteria, ciotole, pentole e padelle, caffettiera, tostapane e un phon! si può anche godere della nostra piscina all'aperto gratuita, piscina coperta, vasca idromassaggio e piscina per bambini a disposizione degli ospiti con bande di piscina fornite.

Everything about the stay was perfect. We love staying in these condos. This one was very clean and nice. Very close to the pools, park, and basketball goals. Perfect for the kids. Great central location to everything.

Mnt View condos are conveniently located in the middle of Pigeon Forge. This particular condo was located on the 5th floor and had great mnt views. The condo was very clean and decorated nicely. Only the bare essentials are provided. You’ll need to bring your own body wash, shampoo, laundry wash, salt/pep, or other essentials/condiments.. There were pots, pans, plates and silverware -3 pods for the dishwasher, minimal hand soap, and detergent -1 1/2 roll of paper towels- 3 rolls of toilet paper total for both bathrooms and approximately six towels and six washcloths provided…. three garbage bags total for each garbage can.If you anticipate needing anything else, you need to bring it with you.If you are used to a really large TV and plan on watching it during your trip, the TV in the living room is probably only 43 ish inches.Same for the one in the bedroom. The water gets scolding hot, so be careful!I tried to contact the host during our stay to notify her that there is some sort of faucet leak in the kitchen and that the washer was bouncing around making awful noises, but got no response. Be very careful how you load and arrange your clothes in the washing machine because it will go off track….. The toaster is also busted/unusable.The master bedroom is very very nice with a balcony, but it desperately needs blackout blinds unless you wanna get up at the crack of dawn.Other than that, it was absolutely wonderful.

We really enjoyed our stay here and the fact that we could make our own meals on vacation! It was wonderful to have such a nice condo, it felt like a second home. We didn’t have time to use the indoor pool or hot tub, but we would for sure come back and stay here again!

Great location. The condo was clean and very comfortable. Some blackout curtains for the bedroom would help. Also, no fault of the owner but the people located directly about must have been renovating, which would have been ok if they stopped at a decent hour. They finally stopped around 2 am. This went on all weekend.

We have stayed hear in December these past four years and enjoyed it. This year the internet conn was upgraded with an ultra fast WiFi download and upload connection speed. It would come in handy if you wanted to tele work from the unit.

The only issue we had was with the TV in the living room didn't work but the one in the bedroom did. It was a short stay for us and we were only in the condo to sleep so we didn't reach out for help. We would still highly recommend this property

This was the perfect place for three of us, and it was close to Cal Ripken Baseball, so we didn't have to fight traffic. Very nice place and very clean.

This condo had a surprisingly nice view of the mountains in the morning and that was a bonus for me. The location and the cleanliness is why we booked, with the price of course. Nailed it. Was very clean, great location, and just right for our family of three.

This place was just what we needed for a quick weekend getaway for my child’s birthday. Clean and so close to everything, yet so quiet. The grounds are well maintained as well. My kids really appreciated the playground. We definitely hope to rent again.

Perfect size for family of 4 with younger kids. Located right in the action of Pigeon Forge with so many activities, restaurants, and shopping to choose from. Pool was nice as we visited during a major heatwave. It could have been cleaned better but was not the fault of the host as we were talking with other owners there and they were trying to resolve the issue. As mentioned the WiFi was hit or miss but again not just our unit. Specific to this unit would have been convenient to have a few more towel hooks and maybe some plastic cups and plates for younger kids. But those things did not take away from the great condo!

You cannot beat the location. The entrance to this complex is a private drive off of a parking lot that is not overly crowded. You are walking distance to many attractions and minutes from the rest by car. The complex has an in door and out door pool, both well maintained. Also a well maintained playground for the kids. The unit was clean and well appointed. No major issues and when I reported them I heard back from the owner in minutes. I've stayed at dozens of properties down there and this is the only one that I will check in on before looking elsewhere the next time I visit.
