  • "Glori's Retreat" è una splendida cabina in legno situata tra Pigeon Forge e Gatlinburg. Se si desidera una vacanza per rilassarsi, distendersi e allontanarsi dal
    trambusto della vita quotidiana, quindi "Glori's Retreat" è la cabina perfetta per farti divertire. Questa cabina a 3 piani con 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni con 5 camere da letto dormirà 12 persone e dista circa 10 minuti da Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, Dollywood Splash Country e solo 10 minuti da Gatlinburg. La strada per la cabina è asfaltata fino a quando non si raggiunge il parcheggio di ghiaia e si avrà un parcheggio per 3 veicoli comodamente e sarebbe considerato moto e rimorchio amichevole solo a discrezione del ciclista.

    Avrai 2 gradini per entrare in questa bellissima cabina quando lo farai rimarrai incantato da tutti i dettagli raffinati dell'alto soffitto a volta, tutti gli interni in legno e la spaziosa pianta del pavimento, che non vorrai mai lasciare.

    Al livello principale, avrai un piano piano aperto con il soggiorno e la cucina. Dopo una lunga giornata, rilassati e solleva i piedi nella poltrona reclinabile o rannicchiandoti sul divano letto mentre guardi il tuo programma preferito sulla TV a schermo piatto. In quelle fredde notti invernali, prendi una coperta e una tazza di cioccolata calda e rilassati davanti al camino a gas in pietra. Adiacente al soggiorno è la bella cucina completamente attrezzata con sala da pranzo per 4, e appena fuori dalla cucina è la veranda con un tavolo da pranzo aggiuntivo per 6 e un futon matrimoniale. Troverete anche una camera da letto king size con TV a schermo piatto e dall'altra parte della sala c'è un bagno completo con cabina doccia.

    Il livello superiore è la master suite con un letto king size, TV a schermo piatto, una grande cabina armadio e un bagno privato con una combinazione vasca / doccia idromassaggio.
    Mentre scendi al terzo livello, troverai la spaziosa sala giochi per quelle notti in cui vuoi semplicemente uscire in cabina e goderti la compagnia di familiari e amici. Se sei uno squalo da biliardo o stai solo cercando un gioco amichevole, c'è un tavolo da biliardo per il tuo divertimento. Se giocare a biliardo non fa davvero per te, allora concediti una partita di air hockey o Ms. PAC Man on the arcade game. Per coloro che vogliono semplicemente godersi il tempo con la famiglia e gli amici, c'è un grande divano componibile e una TV a schermo piatto per guardare la tua squadra sportiva preferita mentre ti godi il camino a gas in pietra in quelle notti fredde. Spring Break in Gatlinburg

Property was great! Location was perfect! We stayed there with family and enjoyed every minute. Bottom bedroom was a little far away from everyone else and quite creepy so we got creative with sleeping by arrangements, but other than that - perfection!

We had a great trip. There were minor issues with the game room and it was resolved quickly and efficiently. Everything thing was exactly as listed. We really enjoyed the location and would definitely stay here again.

Great cabin and location!

We loved staying here! Large cabin with tons of space for the kids to play games and have their space. Great location convenient to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Parking is a little bit tight but we had no issues with two larger vehicles. Could maybe fit three mid size cars. Thanks!

Family fun

Great cabin for friends and families. Great game room fun! Pool table has seen better days, but that didn’t stop the teens from playing. The decor is interesting and could use a little updating, but it wouldn’t stop us from staying here again. The location is great, in between Gatlinburg and pigeon Forge. Overall, good place! Also, we saw bears the first day!!

Family vacation while enjoying baseball

Our family stayed here while my son played baseball. There is a lot to do in Pigeon Forge and the drive from this cabin to the field is pretty easy. The kids were unable to play on the air hockey table because a previous renter had jammed it full of objects. They did enjoy the pool table and outdoor swing.

Great Location!

Great location between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg! The kids loved all the games in the game room. Comfortable beds. Lots of space to hang out. Loved it! Rental company was very friendly when we called in a maintenance request for the hot tub. Maintenance came out quickly and when they couldn’t fix it the owner offered complimentary passes to an area attraction which was very kind of them!

Not great

The property has been poorly remodeled and has aged badly. There are many non-working switches, non-latching doors and dimly lit areas. All carpets were stained and there were no complete card decks or games.

Beautiful view

The cabin was beautiful! It was in a great spot. The hot tube didn't work and i was under the impression it did. It was nice and we had alot of room for everyone. The swing on the porch was awesome. The kids loved the game room. We did find a open bag of chips where the board games was pushed back behind them and the tube in the master bedroom when turned on had black mold come out. The wind got up knocked our power out for a day and a half. It wouldnt have been that bad when the power was out if we had water and lights to see maybe a grill so we could have cooked our food. Other than all of that we had a blast and if they got the hot tube fixed and a grill wouldn't mind going back to the same cabin.

Spring break in the smoky mountains

Let me just say, the grandchildren loved the rec room area. We were snowed in on our first full day and that room was a blessing for all of us. The first floor living area needs additional seating. The sofa really only seats two people. There is one recliner in the room. In addition, larger lamps would assist also. The kitchen and bedrooms were wonderful. If you are in need of a strong Wi-Fi connection while on vacation, a hotspot is recommended. The cabin is in a great location for quick access to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. Plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and things to do. We did report on our first night the master bedroom had a faulty fan. In addition, noise was heard either in the wall or roof area of the dining room. This was also reported. All in all, a great trip. Would recommend this cabin if you have young at heart adults and or children.

Just like the photos

We really enjoyed staying at this property. There were some ladybugs in the cabin, but that is to be expected because it’s in the woods, and they were no bother to us. The bottom level bedroom and bathroom was quite cold. We did find a space heater that helped with the temperature in the bedroom. The game room was awesome. We had so much fun playing pool and the arcade game. There were even board games tucked behind the bar. Even though the one bedroom was very cold, this is definitely a cabin we would stay in again. It was clean, spacious, close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, and a lot of fun.

Family vacation

My family and my sister’s family stayed at Gloria’s Retreat! The cabin was awesome! So much room and so much to do! Kids had fun in the game room and we adults got to relax on the main floor! It was such a beautiful cabin and we made lots of memories we will treasure forever! Thank you!

Beautiful place to stay. A couple issues but nothing that deterred from enjoying stay. A couple broken floor tiles in game room, a couple light bulbs out, and one of the dryer handles was not on dryer- but we had the second dryer to use.

Some good; some hmm

Perfect location. Full log cabin feel. Limited long distance views, but woodsy almost all around. Cabin was generally clean. The one problem with cleanliness was the lower level bedroom. Musty smell and horribly stained/dirty carpet (not neglected; probably regularly vacuumed; just needs either deep cleaning or replacement. Should not have a carpet like that welcoming guests.) The mustiness is apparently understood—a dehumidifier sits in bottom bdr closet. That bdr also has no house heat, so a space heater is provided. The write-up states that the cabin sleeps 12, but really only 10 (3 bdrs double occupancy; pull-out sofa for 2; and trundle bed (2 twins). There is a wide (maybe twin bed size) swing with mattress on the screened-in porch. But that would be difficult in winter without a good sleeping bag or some heavy feather/down comforters. Limited seating per room. We had six people. The sectional in the game room seats five. Main level living room has sofa for three and a rocking chair. (There is also a recliner which is on its last leg. Will tip you over if you lean back too much.) However, there were a couple of extra rockers to move into the room from the sunroom (although if you are looking for seating for 10 in one area, it will be tough). Off the kitchen is advertised "dining for 4." However, it is not really a dining table—just a small coffee-shop type round table (less than a yard across), with four twisted metal chairs. However (again), there is a large wooden table in the sunroom, which could accommodate 8 easily and 10 okay. I do not mean to say all negative things. For just four people (or four adults plus kids), it would be great. However, it would probably be at a level below luxury cabin—several minor things that need manager's/owner's attention. You cannot beat the location, which is off the spur between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. With location and seclusion, it is worth staying here (although, again, a little pricey for not being a full luxury cabin). And property management is great—friendly and responsive. Couple of bulbs were out, and they had someone come swap them out the first day. Squirrel guests were lounging between the floor of the sunroom and ceiling of the screened-in porch below. Never got in the main house but were scratching up a storm and carrying leaves and twigs to make a comfy home for winter. (No problem though. Gotta expect some critter and bug visits in cabins in the woods.)

There were a few issues with the cabin. The main reason for renting this one was the jetted tub. Which was not able to use. When looked around jets they were so nasty like haven’t been cleaned in awhile, there’s not enough hot water for the size of the cabin. Most of us took cold showers. They listing shows 2 dryers 2 washers but only 1 set works. Also listing post TVs in every area but it doesn’t show that you can only have 3 TVs in use at a time. With a larger family these issues really affect things. PlayStation didn’t work but ac did at least work. Also, the recliner in living room is broken, will not recline back and only other chair was a rocker that matched the porch rockers. Cabin does need good cleaning and some upgrades. This will not be a choice for us on any future trips.

amazing location

Great place with everything you need to stay in and relax, and so close to everything. The game room kept all of the kids occupied. Cant say enough how wonderful it was!

Family Vacation

Property was exactly as noted on the website. Checkin was quick and easy. No problems during stay. Enjoyed the privacy. Property has no usable yard if you have children. Our teens missed throwing ball. Great vacation and would recommend cabin and rental company.
