Grin Inn Bear It is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom cabin located inside our Resort, just 2.5 miles from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge at traffic light #10. Grin Inn Bear It has 2 levels and is 1300 square feet (plus deck space). This cabin will sleep a total of 6 guests and has parking for approximately 2 vehicles, with additional parking available in the Resort. Main Level

Grin Inn Bear It has 5 steps up to the front door, where you will enter into the main level. This level features an open air common space with the dining area,
kitchen, and living room. The dining table seats 4. The kitchen is fully equipped with a side-by-side refrigerator (with icemaker), a glass top stove, an oven, and a dishwasher. Other items provided in the kitchen are a coffee pot, a blender, a toaster, and standard cooking and eating utensils to accommodate 6 guests.

The living room boasts a vaulted ceiling with large windows that bring in plenty of natural light. Watch the big game on the large flat screen TV or snuggle up next to the natural gas fireplace, regardless we know you will feel totally relaxed in the cabin.

The main level is also where you will find the first of two bedrooms and bathrooms. This master suite features a king size bed and a flat screen TV. You have deck access from this bedroom. The bathroom features a walk in tiled shower along with a full size washer and dryer.

The main level deck of Grin Inn Bear It is the perfect place to hang out and while you grill up a great dinner! Here you will find the outdoor gas fireplace with flat screen T.V. above, hot tub with flat screen T.V. above, gas grill (standard grilling utensils can be found in the kitchen), and plenty of rocking chairs.

Lower Level

Head down the spiral staircase and have some real fun! When you first enter the lower level of Grin Inn Bear It you will walk right into the game room. The game room features a pool table, an arcade machine, a large flat screen TV and a pub table for additional seating for 4. The sleeper sofa is also located here.

This level is where you will find the second of two bedrooms and bathrooms. This master suite features a king size bed and a flat screen TV. The bathroom features a shower/tub combo.

There is FREE high speed, wireless internet in this cabin.
Gas fireplaces are turned off from May 1 to October 1. Fire pits are functional year round.

During inclement weather (especially in the winter months), the Resort's roads are maintained by our maintenance staff and should not be a big concern
to you and your group. Our roads are not steep and are widely paved.

The Resort is motorcycle friendly, featuring flat, paved parking spaces suitable for motorcycles and trailers.
