🏕️ THE CABIN:
Lasting Memories has an ideal layout and is a great setup for vacationers of all types! The living room has comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and large windows that showcase the spectacular mountain views. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including a full-sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and has a dining table that seats four. The cabin has two bedrooms -- 1 on each level -- both with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. Each master bedroom has a King-sized bed. The bedroom upstairs has a connected full bathroom and also a relaxing jacuzzi tub, as well as a fireplace in the room! The upstairs loft area also comes equipped with an arcade game and a pool table for hours of fun as well as additional seating!

Outside, you`ll love spending time on the deck enjoying the fresh mountain air. There is plenty of seating to relax in the morning with a cup of coffee or unwind in the evening with a glass of wine. Our resort community offers a swimming pool (seasonal) for all guests.

Fully equipped kitchen location on the main level. The kitchen includes a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and a full suite of appliances perfect for making any type of meals throughout your stay! The cabin includes pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and has a table that seats four.

Parking for 2-3 vehicles.
The drive to the cabin involves a few short mountain roads. 4WD is strongly recommended during inclement weather in winter months.
The road inside the resort is wide and paved. The parking space at the cabin is flat.

* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
*There is a strict no-smoking policy. This includes inside the cabin, on the decks and in the hot tub. Smoking is permitted in the parking area.

*There is a strict no-pet policy.

Any guests violating these rules will be assessed an additional $500 cleaning fee.
