- The primary guest is required to sign the Guest Licensing Agreement and provide a Government-issued Photo ID within 24 hours of booking
- Damage Waiver (Property Fee): Your booking includes a non-refundable $39 fee which provides up to $1,500 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages (subject to plan terms & conditions)
