• Regular pest control service — occasional mountain wildlife sightings are normal
• Wildlife notice: Bears and other wildlife inhabit the area. Do not leave food in vehicles or feed animals. Always maintain a safe distance.

• Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the cabin — please bring your streaming login and password for Smart TVs
• Hot tub requires 5–6 hours to reach full temperature; it may not be fully heated upon arrival depending on cleaning schedule
• Private indoor heated pool maintained at approx. 82°F, professionally cleaned every Tuesday between 10 AM and 4 PM; please allow 1 hour after cleaning before swimming
• Pool size: approximately 9’ x 12’, 3.5 to 4 feet deep
• Additional blankets available in bedrooms
• Iron and ironing board located next to washer/dryer
• Indoor fireplace operated by remote or manual button under the insert
• Mountain critters are part of the experience despite professional pest control
• New resort community with some ongoing construction; no refunds will be issued due to construction activity
• Bedding, décor, and furniture may vary slightly from photos due to seasonal updates or replacements
• Please note: Self-tanner is not permitted in the pool or hot tub, as it can damage the filters and result in additional cleaning charges

GOOD TO KNOW

We’ve made a few updates to help make your stay even more comfortable, including improvements to the upstairs bunk room shower to help keep water contained.

The dining room now has new, sturdy chairs so everyone can dine comfortably and safely.

The beds feature a Euro pillow-top mattress with a medium-plush feel. Most guests sleep great on them, though comfort preferences can vary from person to person.
