This charming Smoky Mountain retreat feels worlds away — yet you’re just 10 minutes from Dollywood and all the fun of Pigeon Forge! Nestled in the woods, peaceful and private, but perfectly close to everything you’ll want to do.

You’ll enjoy a fully private studio featuring a beautiful walk-in shower, a 42” Smart TV, a mini-kitchen for easy meal prep, and a comfy queen bed with a plush 10” memory foam mattress — ideal for unwinding after a day of adventure.

You’ll also have access to an on-site laundry room with coin-operated washer and dryer, plus a convenient coin machine for easy use.

Our studio is thoughtfully designed for comfort and ease. This boutique property was originally built in the late 1960s and has been completely remodeled to offer modern, updated accommodations while still preserving its Smoky Mountain charm. No long walks through giant resorts here — just a cozy, welcoming place to relax and recharge.

We allow up to 2 dogs per reservation. The pet fee is $75 for the first dog and $25 for the second, payable prior to check-in. Please let us know how many pets you’ll be bringing when you book.

We’re conveniently located less than 3 miles from Dollywood and just 1 mile from The Island. The property sits peacefully between Teaster Lane and Veterans Blvd, offering a quiet, park-like setting while still being close to everything. A brand-new Food City is only minutes away, making grocery runs quick and easy. You’ll love being off the beaten path — yet right near the action!


You’ll enjoy a fully private studio during your stay. Guests also have access to shared outdoor areas including a picnic and grill space, a laundry room with coin-operated machines, and a convenient vending machine. Parking is open and shared, with no assigned spaces.

No On-Site Office
We do not have an on-site office, so please be sure to review your check-in instructions prior to arrival to ensure smooth access to your studio.

Bathroom & Shower Layout
The bathroom is slightly elevated and requires a step up to enter. The walk-in shower features an overhead rain shower and includes one step down inside.

About the Local Area
Quiet location with easy access to everything Pigeon Forge has to offer. Due to nearby amenities, guests may occasionally notice odors from a facility about a mile away, most often on Monday mornings or after humid rain. Most of the time it’s not noticeable, but we prefer to share this upfront so there are no surprises.

Smoking Policy
Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the unit. Evidence of smoking will result in a $200 fee.
