Mixed review

Location was great, number of rooms was exceptional, but cleanliness was sub par. Floors were disgusting (socks were black from walking around and they were sticky), looks like maintenance is never done (drawers with no tracks so they just hang there, toilets wobble when you sit down, and one of the hot tubs didn’t work and no one came to fix it despite asking twice) and basic cleaning is missing (dusty and greasy cabinets, cobwebs on light fixtures, etc).

Poor Condition

On line the property presents beautifully, once in the home however there were many set backs making our stay more than uncomfortable. 2 comforters upon arrival smelled of vomit and immediately needed washed. A king bed on the third floor had broken boards under the mattress and had to be removed from the bedframe for sleeping. The dishwasher was not properly installed so upon opening it would fall forward. The solo icemaker was filled with moldy water and ice. The pool was muggy brown after one use and no one ever came to clean or treat the water when notified. The hot tubs never warmed up for use though they were powered on, so we were unable to use themnfor the whole week even tho maintenance was notified. The stove furthest from the fridge did not work properly and would not heat up to the set temperature which made cooking for 70 impossible. There is no trash service even when notified so if the 3 trash cans outside in the locked area are full during your week long stay, there is no where else to place or store additional trash bags other than in the house which is unsanitary.The kitchen sink aginst the wall is not properly sealed and leaks. Two bedrooms down stairs and 3 on the third floor never had hot water for their showers regardless of the time of day. Overall our stay was terrible and living conditions unbearable for our week long stay, very disappointed for the amount of money we paid and families we were trying to entertain during our football tournament.

Great space, needs some work

Overall my group and I had a great time in the property. The location was really accessible, the space was perfect for our group retreat and overall it’s a well equipped house. The hot tubs were not working during our stay(was told it was going to be fixed multiple times and never was), some of the arcade machines were broken and there was a water leak in two adjacent rooms in the house. The house definitely needs some maintenance and repairs but after that’s done it would complete the experience as it has everything you need for a big group retreat
