Pigeon River Cottage a Pigeon Forge è stato completamente ristrutturato nel gennaio 2020, per il piacere delle vacanze. Ha nuovi mobili, elettrodomestici, lenzuola, TV e DVD. Dispone di 3 camere da letto con letti king size e TV e una camera a castello con un set di due letti a castello. Il cottage può ospitare un massimo di 8 persone. Ci sono 3 bagni completi e una lavatrice e asciugatrice. La cucina è ben attrezzata con un signor Caffettiera Coffee & Keurig, fornello lento, frullatore e tostapane bagel e nuovi elettrodomestici da cucina. Il tavolo da pranzo può ospitare 8 e il bar 3. Situato su un cul de sac, in un quartiere tranquillo e rilassante, il cottage si trova sul lato ovest del fiume Little Pigeon a soli 2 minuti dalla Parkway. Cammina giù dal parcheggio coperto con 3 auto fino al fiume per andare in metropolitana, guadare o pescare o goderti la vasca idromassaggio sul ponte con vista sul fiume. Porta i tuoi kayak e galleggia nell'Apple Barn. Goditi la natura lungo il sentiero e osserva le oche, i germani reali, le aquile e gli aironi blu che visitano ogni giorno. Tavoli da pranzo alla griglia e all'aperto, altalene e bilancieri sono pronti per il tuo divertimento sul posto auto coperto e sui ponti. Sono disponibili l'obiettivo di basket e vari giochi da tavolo, PS4 e un tavolo arcade da 60 giochi con TV via cavo e WiFi da 200 MB. Conveniente per l'Apple Barn, e molti altri ristoranti, nonché tutte le attrazioni locali. Dollywood è a 12-15 minuti di auto. Hai un facile accesso al Smoky Mountain National Park, ai campi da ballo di Gatlinburg, Cal Ripken e a tutti i centri congressi Pigeon Forge.

We had a great time staying here! The whole family enjoyed the house/property so much. We loved that there was enough space for all of us (6 adults, 2 children), and we never felt like we were on top of each other. We loved all the seating outdoors and being right on the river. We saw wildlife all day long, and I really enjoyed the walking path for morning walks. This house is an amazing location with a 10 minute drive TOPS to pretty much anything in Pigeon Forge but a quiet, serene neighborhood that feels like you’re far away from the hustle and bustle. Hosts were also very quick to respond to any questions I had prior to our stay!

Easy contactless check in, information sent to you. Very clean property on the water. You can sit on upper deck or lower porch to enjoy nature. Has a hot tub but we did not utilize it. Great location, close to everything.

The check in was easy. Kitchen, living room, dining room were all open and was perfect for the extended family situation. The Stucky’s had written instructions that were very clear and spot on. Very organized household and very comfortable.

Excellent Stay!!!

The property was clean and very comfortable. Everything was exactly as advertised. The owners could not have been quicker in their response time. This was my first VRBO experience and I am beyond pleased. We visit Pigeon Forge often as a family and I will certainly be back at this location if it's available.

River Cottage - beautiful !

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful riverfront home. It’s on the water and you don’t even notice your neighbors. It seems you’re deep in the woods but 5 minutes from everything !! Beds were soft and comfortable. We loved that each bedroom had its own bath room. Nice that each room had at least one luggage rack if not 2. Kitchen was well appointed and we had what we needed to make meals. But be sure to bring your own spices and condiments. Deck was a great place to spend evenings. Hot tub was very nice after a busy day. Overall … wonderful home !!

Little piece of Heaven

My church group was staying here for our Women Of Joy retreat. It was so relaxing and comfortable, they decided to cancel their plans to go shopping between sessions, and just stay at the house instead. Awesome hosts, everything was perfect!

Beautiful property with fishing access!

The home is beautiful and clean. Plenty of room for our family of 4. The neighborhood is filled with look-a-like rentals, so make sure to know your house number! So close to everything, but the street is far enough away to feel serene. We loved the access to the Little Pigeon River. The only down side was the scent of moth balls.

Ponies in the Smokies Trip

This property is in a great location, close to all of the main attractions. The property was very well kept and clean upon our arrival. The owners were also very responsive to any correspondence that was sent to them. We’ve already booked a return trip to this home and can’t wait to come back!

Volleyball tournament

We were in town for a volleyball tournament. The cabin was beautiful and peaceful. The stay was a perfect alternative to a hotel room and gave us a comfort of home feel while away from home.

From the date of reservation to the date of checkout, everything was smooth and hassle free. The location is perfect for getting around easily and it's beautifully decorated. The pride of ownership shows. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Friends for Valentine’s

Great house, far enough away from traffic and close enough to drive. Beautiful house, covered parking with swings and great view of the river. House was very clean, decor was great, had all you needed for a long weekend stay. Thank you for biblical verses throughout the house and a bible in every room. Planning on returning again in the future.

New Year’s Eve and Dollywood trip

We so enjoyed this home. It was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed being able to cook our own dinners and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was enjoyed by all of us in the evenings. The river added to our experience and we saw sandhill cranes and fed the ducks one morning. The house was decorated so nice for Christmas too. Very convenient location.
