The Riverside Condo is a very nice property. Situated on a river and golf course, it's scenic and relaxing. With children, the lazy river was a 100% hit, and a nice respite from a fun day at Dollywood. For me, having a condo with a kitchen was really nice because I could cook basic meal there and avoid eating out and saved a few . The kitchen had everything we needed, pots, pans, cooking utensils. And, the grocery store and starbucks is just 10 minutes away.

Fireworks and family

We've stayed at Riverstone several times so we were just hoping for the same great experience as we have had in the past..... And this time was no different. We were thrilled to see the same beautiful lodgings and super clean space upon arriving. Housekeeping left behind a wet washcloth and old soap pieces but those were easily disposed of. Love the balcony on the river, so peaceful. Can't say enough about the lazy river, that's a fave in the summer although there seemed to be a shortage of tubes to float on.A couple of suggestions...The table in the kitchen only had 2 chairs and the place sleeps 5 so I feel like there should be at least 5 chairs so if people want to eat at the condo, they can. Also, the bedding while comfy, was very heavy for summer and a bit outdated.Brandon was super easy to communicate with and was kind enough to let us know when our room was ready so we were able to get in a couple hours early.

Great place to stay

The condo was clean and made for a great stay. Communication from the owner was great and provided all of the detail we needed. There was a small issue checking in but the owner was able to call and get it taken care of quickly.

Dance trip

My granddaughter had a dance competition so we decided to leave a little early and so we could enjoy some time together it was a wonderful trip. The room was so nice and cozy and the view was great.

Quick weekend to East TN

The Riverstone Resort is a perfect location for Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg adventures! This was our first time staying in the riverside building at the resort. Its location is right next to the lazy river that was already open during our stay and the actual river! The unit opened up to a shared hallway with another unit (keycard accessible) and then opened by way of a separate door code. My two teenage children and myself all fit comfortably in this cozy condo. Beds were comfortable and my son chose to sleep on the couch and said he slept well. Things to note… no oven, but there is a stove and microwave. The water in the shower seems to be the typical low flow of a hotel or condo with water regulations. But the shower is roomy and appears newly renovated. The beds were a little high so might be difficult for a shorter person to get on easily, but again the mattresses were comfortable.All in all a lovely place to stay with easy access to Dollywood, The Old Mill, and Gatlinburg!
