Relax in our Cozy Quiet 2nd floor condo (No elevator). Just 1 block off the Parkway in a cul-de-sac tucked away & quiet.

If you like car shows & parades or just to relax. This is the place to be.
You have easy access to all the action. Walking distance to the Public grocery, The Island, restaurants, & theaters. The 3 Bears General store to see live bears & miniature golf.

The complex offers guests a private community outdoor pool (in season), charcoal grill area, picnic table and gazebo,

We have high-speed Updated WIFI. 2 LED flat screens with HD cable. In the living area we have a fold out comfortable Queen sofa bed with memory foam mattress. One bedroom with King size bed and jetted whirlpool tub for relaxing. A Full bathroom with bathtub/shower combo Full kitchen with dishes and all your cooking needs.

Visit our Cozy Relaxing getaway, and enjoy our quiet condo for all your needs.

No elevator (Stairs only 17 steps).
No pets of any kind allowed because of allergies or Smoking in the condo.
No Loud Music/Events.

Beautifully decorated condo with a great location in proximity to everything popular in Pigeon Forge, yet just off the main drag and surprisingly quiet.One of the top by Condos I’ve booked over the last 20 years. Great hosts, and reasonably priced, will definitely book again.

Overall, this was a great place to stay and I’m glad we chose this property. This property was extremely clean and smelled very nice. The bed was comfortable, the towels were soft, and it felt like a home away from home. The owners even messaged halfway through our trip, making sure everything was going OK and offered to answer any questions we may have. It was great to know that they were there and easy to reach in case of an issue. The ease of check-in was great. The condo is right off of the beaten path, close to everything but yet in a quiet area. I felt very safe in that location. I would highly recommend this property. Me and my husband wanted a quick weekend getaway and we found the perfect spot. The property is described as listed. Jay and Penny were wonderful host and they responded almost immediately to all questions asked. The communication was excellent. I will definitely check back with them again if we make a trip back.

This is our second time at this condo and we will definitely be back. The host were beyond helpful. The condo feels like a home away from home. It is clean and well maintained and most importantly the bed was comfortable. In my opinion this is the best condo in Pigeon Forge!!

Great location, close to the action but on very quiet cul-de-sac. It was perfectly clean and cozy (so much better than a hotel room) and very kind, accommodating hosts who care that you're comfortable. They truly understand the term "customer service". Very comfortable bed and loved the full mirror that so many vrbo hosts don't have. Nice seating in the living room with (2) recliners plus the sleeper sofa if needed. Cable TV is all set up with streaming available. We'll be back. Loved it!!!

The condo was very clean, cute, and comfortable. The hosts were excellent and communication was great. The location was about a 20 minute drive to Dollywood, which was very nice. It was within walking distance of lots of restaurants, waterslides, and other shopping nearby. We had a very pleasant stay.

A group of us girls went to the Women of Joy convention and really enjoyed staying in such a clean, quiet condo so close to LaConte. I am a clean freak and was so happy to see how clean and up kept it was. Check in and out was easy. I messaged Penny asking for more towels (because I like a fresh towel each shower), and she was on it immediately! She even called to make sure we had everything we needed following my request, and to let us know when they would be delivered. Very responsive and kind, we would love to stay again. Very Nice 1 bedroom

This is not a true 2 bedroom. I would call it a 1 bedroom with a sofa bed in the den. It checked all the boxes except for one. The condo was very clean, it had nice furnishings (very comfortable bed) and it was in a great location that was very convenient to everything. My only complaint is, I had used VRBO‘s filter for a 2 bedrooms and in this listing the den is considered the second bedroom. I’m an early riser that likes to get up drink coffee and catch up on any work and was thinking there was a second bedroom for our other family member. I relied too much on VRBOs filters and should have been paying more attention to the pictures in the listing.

Absolutely LOVED

This condo is in the perfect spot! It is near the island. Very quiet and private. Great pool! Right near Publix. The jacuzzi tub is great. Huge bed with two very comfy recliners and a couch bed. Everything was clean and I honestly couldn’t have asked for more! I will definitely be booking again !

Freaking Awesome!

This is the perfect location right off the Parkway in Pigeon Forge. We were able to walk to the island and have dinner and drinks with no problem at all. Making it easy to hit up all the drink samples and safely getting back without driving or Uber. Wonderful location. Very quite, you could hear your neighbors at times but everyone was quite during quite hours. Jay and Penny are lovely host.we chatted and they kept updated. We will rent this place again and again when we come without our kids. An amazing couple retreat. The bed and amenities are fantastic.
