Cook up your favorite meal in a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, mini fridge, coffee maker, toaster oven, and microwave. Start your morning right with complimentary K-cups, sugar, creamer, salt, and pepper — everything you need to feel right at home.

To make things easy, you’ll also have a starter supply of essentials:

Paper towels (1 roll)

Towels and washcloths (4 each)

Toilet paper (2 rolls)

Trash bags (1 per day)

Dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash

Fresh coffee to get you going

(For longer stays, you may wish to restock supplies as needed. Housekeeping isn’t provided during your stay, but on-site coin-operated laundry is available, along with a coin changer and a Coke vending machine.)

No On-Site Office: Check-in is fully self-guided. Please review your instructions carefully before arrival for smooth access.

Bathroom Layout: The bathroom is slightly elevated, with a step up to enter and a rain shower that steps down for a spa-like touch.

Central Location: Less than 3 miles from Dollywood and just 1 mile from The Island, perfectly positioned between Teaster Lane and Veterans Blvd — close to everything in Pigeon Forge.

Note on Odor: Occasionally, a nearby landfill (about a mile away) may produce a brief odor, typically on Monday mornings or after heavy rain on humid days. It’s not frequent but can be noticeable depending on weather and wind.
