Cozy Cabin in an AMAZING location with a park like setting "Unlimited Parking"

Our tiny house is located in a secluded forest area with only a few neighbors in sight. Close to the town, only a 2 min walk from the Pigeon Forge Trolley stop and about a 1 min drive to the Pigeon Forge Parkway. We call our cottage the Cozy Cub, and as you can see from the pictures, it is a cozy little house. Perfect for up to 3 guests, but offers unlimited parking for your trailer, camper, truck or anything else you may be bringing with. Our house has a pull-out sofa bed on the main floor living-room area, and a queen size bed in the open upstairs bedroom area. Even-though our house is tiny, it has a full-size bathroom with a step-in shower, sink and toilette, and a full-size well-equipped kitchen. Even if you are tall, you will have no problems fitting in at Cozy Cub.

We usually avoid Pigeon Forge because of the traffic, but this year we made an exception to take our ’65 Nova to the Chevys in the Smokies car show—and we’re so glad we did!We found this “tiny” house that was absolutely perfect for my husband and me. Our friends brought their camper, and the host was incredibly accommodating—allowing them to park on the property and hook up to electric and sewer for a minimal fee.The location is ideal—just inside Pigeon Forge, with plenty of space for vehicles and car trailers, and still lots of room to spare. The house itself is adorable and had everything we needed.The owners were also in town during our stay, and we had the chance to visit with them several times—they were wonderful!If you’re looking for a place that feels tucked away from the hustle but is still just minutes from the parkway, I highly recommend this spot. We will definitely be back!

Awesome place tucked away right off off the southside of the parkway. Excellent communication from the host and very easy to get in and out of. Perfect for 1 adult 2 kids or 2 adults 1 kid. Probably wouldnt recommend for anyone over 6'-6'2" as the clearance for the ceilings are low but again, awesome "tiny home" experienced in the always beautiful Smokey Mountains!

This place would’ve been perfect for two of us. It’s close to everything but off the strip enough to relax by a fire. Even though it’s small, it’s fully functional for even my tall husband. I wouldn’t say it sleeps 3 though. The loveseat does pull out but it’s not stable and my adult son slept on a love seat. It was not ideal. Even folded out whoever is upstairs can’t get down.

It was a great few days for us to get away from home. The cabin was great and the area was perfect and so quiet for us both. I loved being able to hear the steam engine from Dollywood that just made it perfect, I love steam engines.

We LOVED it for the two of us. The home was clean and organized. It has a cozy hidden feel to it. Very close to the strip but the feel is that it’s far away when you’re inside!( We passed right by the racing mountain coaster, definitely recommend that place! ) The property manager and the lady that cleans it were amazing. Any issue we had was immediately addressed and handle with amazing service. A get away for two? This is your place! We use to rent out the bigger places because we thought that made the experience but truthfully having this cabin made this trip all the better.

Location was very close to attractions food & such, but not a safe walking distance. Accessing the key in the lock box was easy, but the deadbolt pad was not. The property manager had to come help. She was close by & friendly. There was a musty moldy smell that was terribly bothersome. The internet was very limited. Which isn't totally surprising, but I've had it work much better in other area locations. There were very loud heavy thumps on the roof the 2nd night which were a bit startling, never figured it out. The property needs some repairs, but overall met immediate needs. Pictures & description a bit different than what we actually experienced. Communication was very easy. They answered quickly. The property manager was always available & within 2 minutes drive.

Precies wat we ervan verwachtten en hoopten. Een leuke hut middenin de natuur. Fijne barbecue en plek om vuur te maken. Fijne keuken, prima apparatuur. Badkamer is erg klein en laag. Airco functioneert goed, maar die op de slaapkamer maar teveel lawaai om ‘s nachts aan te laten. Hierdoor wordt het op de slaapkamer wel warm. Huisje was in eerste instantie niet goed schoongemaakt, maar na contact met de eigenaar is dit oké opgelost. De trap blijft zelfs na 3 dagen een uitdaging. We raden hier iedereen aan om te verblijven als je uit de drukte en kermisachtige omgeving van Pigeon Forge wil blijven. Tip aan de eigenaar: misschien nog een tafeltje met stoeltjes om buiten te kunnen zitten en eten.

We had a great time! The cabin was perfect for our weekend getaway! Since we were traveling with our dog, it was nice to be away from the craziness of the main road. The only downside for us was the front door doesn’t open very wide, which overall really isn’t a huge deal, it just made it a little difficult to get in and out with our stuff. Overall, definitely would recommend!

The cabin was absolutely adorable and we loved the look and size. My mom and I went down for a vacation to spend time together after Dad passed away, and found this quaint little cabin to enjoy time in Pigeon Forge, and it is in the perfect location! Upon arrival we were able to get into the cabin easily, and walking in loved how perfect the size was for 2 people, not too big and not too small with 2 beds. While in we did notice a smell that we couldn’t quite figure out (besides the air plug in) and mom was just having a hard time with it. I contacted Marketa and informed her of our issue and she was quick to help us out. Overall a fantastic experience and we are truly thankful for Marketa and Leann! Mom and I were able to enjoy our time together in the area and our stay.

Small cabin stay

Great location in Pigeon Forge, close to everything. Cabin very clean and had all amenities needed. Secluded and quiet. The grass was grown up on gravel road so the road was very difficult to see and there was a big dip. The bed is in a loft area and the stairs were a little hard for us to navigate at night (we are older adults). All in all, pretty good stay.
