Prima volta sul noleggio - nuovissimo condominio con 2 letti / 2 bagni
situato nell'edificio n. # 4 e proprio sul fiume
acquistato a luglio 2019

Numero civico. # 4 è l'area tranquilla di tutti e tre gli edifici
a Riverstone. Un sacco di parcheggio, può andare a piedi fino a
il fiume pigro. Siediti e guarda le oche o semplicemente ascolta
il fiume dal nostro ampio balcone.

Cucina completamente attrezzata con macchina per il caffè Keruq e Mr. caffè
tutti gli elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile - tutti nuovi di zecca

bar per la colazione con piani in granito

Sala da pranzo con una grande vetrata che le unità terminali
avrà solo. Ottima vista sulle montagne.

This is THE nicest property we have ever stayed in. It was immaculate/'superb in every way! The beds were very comfortable with luxurious sheets, wow. We got some of the best rest in ages! The location is also great, in the quiet part of town. But of course it could be the time of year that we were there also. We did not want to leave this morning when checking out! We highly recommend this condo rental!!! Can we score it 10 ? We plan on coming back next February, hopefully to stay here again!

While the room was very nice . There was a few issues with our stay . First there was items left in the room, used towels, trash in both rooms . But the most disturbing thing was on Thursday night around 10:30pm someone attempted to enter the room luckily we had the chain on the door. The person had the code to the door and opened it . So we had to cut our stay short and leave that night . If we had not there whoever it was would’ve had free access to our items in the room. That definitely needs to be looked into and addressed.

Condo had not been cleaned upon our arrival. We were guaranteed it would be cleaned by 6AM the next morning. It wasn't cleaned until 3PM. And it was not cleaned to our satisfaction, we ended up mopping the floors as they were filthy. Towel bar in the 2nd bathroom was broken. Bath fan would constantly blow the GFI outlet. Light in the shower would not work. Power outlet on the outdoor patio is falling out of its' socket causing an electric hazard. AC/Heat would keep turning off anbd not working correctly. There were no paper towels, toilet paper, kleenex, etc. We had to go buy our own. Owner promised us a refund of cleaning fees & taxes paid. I have text them 3 times since we left asking when I will receive my refund. I have NOT received any type of an answer from them. Due to the extreme inconvenience and lack of adequate conditions we were forced to leave days early! I am requesting a FULL REFUND of ALL fees paid.

We absolutely love Riverstone Resort and Spa. It is our favorite place to visit. From the location to how nice the facility is, you will definitely want to return. This was our first time using VRBO instead of booking directly. You won’t go wrong either way.

Family Vacation

This is a beautiful condo and was perfect for our family. Cooked several meals and was impressed with the quality and availability of pots, pans and needed items in the kitchen. The balcony is amazing and we loved the furniture on the balcony.The downfall of the condo was the beds. It’s like laying on marble slabs. If the beds were changed or improved uponwe would love to stay again in the future. Regardless of the beds, we had a wonderful trip and made some great memories

Family Vacation

Riverstone Resort is nice. It is convenient to DollyWood, golf course, and many other activities we like to do in Pigeon Forge. Husband and son said the gym is really nice as well. Have stayed at Riverstone before, but really like this unit. Loved watching the geese, ducks, and river from the spacious deck, plus this condo is in the building right beside the lazy river. Everyone in the group of five commented on how nice the unit is.

Perfect for us

This was the perfect space for us. Separate beds for the kids but in one room. Space to spread out a bit, cool off in the pool and lazy river and close to everything in Pigeon Forge.

Amazing!!

The condo was very nice. We loved that the lazy river was right at our building. It was great that the lazy river was open until 11pm and the pool is open 24 hrs, so there is plenty of time to swim after a full day of activities. We spent a lot of time there. Plenty of parking, staff was friendly, and we felt very safe there. Great place for a family!

Family Mini Get Away

The property was beautiful. The only issues we had was the shower door handle in the second bathroom was broken and looked to have a quick fix. The cloaet door for the washer and dryer was missing and when I reached out to the property owner regarding check out I did not get a response. Also, the rental agreement shows 125 cleaning fee, but VRBO shows 170 cleaning, so there is confusion and discrepancy with pricing.

Great location and Great condo

Everything was great. The place is very spacious. you have plenty of room from the kitchen to the dining and to the living room. (Make sure you check the square footage when comparing) The patio is larger as well. They could have easily fit two tables out there. Kitchen and Bathrooms were clean. The only thing dirty I could find was some dust under couches. Feels like a cabin with he wood paneling but condo amenities. I had 4 Adults and 2 Kids. 4 year old and 6 year old. The Jump pad outside was nice for the kids. Arcade game was nice. (could not figure how to turn the volume down). Too cold for the lazy river but looked nice. sun chairs around it and water fall. Just the lazy river no pool outside. Indoor pool and hot tub was nice. I would bring extra towels for the pool.

Great Stay!!!!

I really enjoyed my time staying there and the game took me back to memory lane… Communicating with management was easy. The only thing is that the shower in the guest bathroom handle on the shower door was broken off before and they used white caulk to place it back on. Also, the door wouldn’t close all the way. Other than that, the stay was great!!!! I still gave it 5 stars because I could still complete the task at hand.
