Sundance, free tickets, no catch!

Sundance is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom cabin located inside our Resort, just 2.5 miles from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge at traffic light #10. Sundance has 2 levels and is 1700 square feet (plus deck space). This cabin will sleep a total of 8 guests and has parking for approximately 3 vehicles, with additional parking available in the Resort. Main Level

Sundance has 4 steps up to the front door, where you will enter into the main level. This level features an open air common space with the dining area, kitchen, and living room. The dining table seats 6, with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with a side-by-side refrigerator (with icemaker), a glass top stove, an oven, and a dishwasher. Other items provided in the kitchen are a coffee pot, a blender, a toaster, and standard cooking and eating utensils to accommodate 8 guests.

Sundance's living room boasts a vaulted ceiling with floor to ceiling windows letting in plenty of natural light. The living room is also where you will find the first of two sleeper sofas. Watch the big game on the large flat screen TV or snuggle up next to the natural gas fireplace, regardless we know you will feel totally relaxed in Sundance.

The main level is also where you will find the first of two bedrooms and bathrooms. This master suite features a king size bed and a flat screen TV. The bathroom, which can be accessed from the bedroom or the entry hall, features a shower/tub combo.

The main level deck of Sundance is the perfect place to hang out and while you grill up a great dinner! Here you will find the fire pit, gas grill (standard grilling utensils can be found in the kitchen), and plenty of rocking chairs.


Lower Level

Head down stairs and have some real fun! When you first enter the lower level of Sundance you will walk right into the game room. The game room features a
pool table, an arcade machine, a flat screen TV, and a wet bar equipped with a mini fridge. The second sleeper sofa is also located here and the washer and
dryer can be found in a closet off of the game room. Not enough fun? Then you haven't found the private home movie theater also located on the lower level!
The theater room features stadium seating for 8, a Blu-Ray player, and surround sound. Come rent a movie from the DVD library located in the office, or watch your favorite show on the big screen...The theater is always a big hit!

This level is where you will find the second of two bedrooms and bathrooms. This master suite features a king size bed and a flat screen TV. The bathroom,
which can be accessed from the bedroom or the game room, features a shower/tub combo.

Last, but certainly not least, is the hot tub which is located on the lower level deck. The hot tub is the perfect place to wind down after a day in the
Great Smoky Mountains National Park while you enjoy the mountain serenity.

Each TV (including the theater room) has Charter Cable.
There is FREE high speed, wireless internet in this cabin.
Gas fireplaces are turned off from May 1 to October 1. Fire pits are functional year round.

During inclement weather (especially in the winter months), the Resort's roads are maintained by our maintenance staff and should not be a big concern
to you and your group. Our roads are not steep and are widely paved.

The Resort is motorcycle friendly, featuring flat, paved parking spaces suitable for motorcycles and trailers.
