The Owl and the Trout, free tickets, no catch!

The Owl & The Trout is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom cabin located inside our Resort, just 2.5 miles from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge at traffic light #10. The Owl & The Trout has 2 levels and is 1500 square feet (plus deck space). This cabin will sleep a total of 8 guests and has parking for approximately 3 vehicles, with additional parking available in the Resort. Come relax in The Owl & The Trout while you enjoy the view from the privacy of your own hot tub! You won't be disappointed!

Main Level

The Owl & The Trout has 3 steps up to the front door, where you will enter into the main level. This level features an open air common space with the dining area, kitchen, and living room. The dining table seats 6 comfortably, with additional seating for 2 at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Keurig, a side-by-side refrigerator (with icemaker), a glass top stove, an oven, and a dishwasher. Other items provided in the kitchen are a coffee pot, a blender, a toaster, crockpot, and standard cooking and eating utensils to accommodate 8 guests.

The Owl & The Trout's living room boasts a vaulted ceiling with floor to ceiling windows so you can enjoy the gorgeous view from the comfort of the couch! This is also where the first sleeper sofa. Watch the big game on the large flat screen TV or snuggle up next to the natural gas fireplace, regardless we know you will feel totally relaxed in The Owl & The Trout.

The main level is also where you will find the first of two bedrooms and bathrooms. This master suite features a king size bed and a flat screen TV. The bathroom, which can be accessed from the bedroom or the entry hall, features a walk-in shower.

The main level deck of The Owl & Trout is the perfect place to hang out and enjoy the view on a pretty day! Here you will find the outdoor fireplace with a flat screen TV mounted above it , natural gas grill (standard grilling utensils can be found in the kitchen), and plenty of rocking chairs.

Lower Level

Head down stairs and have some real fun! When you first enter the lower level of The Owl & The Trout you will walk right into the game room. The game room features a pool table, a flat screen TV, and a wet bar equipped with a mini fridge. Also located here and the washer and dryer can be found in a closet off of the game room. Not enough fun? Then you haven't found the private home movie theater also located on the lower level! The second sleeper sofa can be found here. The theater room features stadium seating for 4, a Blu-Ray player and surround sound. This is also where the second sleeper sofa can be found. Come rent a movie from the DVD library located in the office, or watch your favorite show on the big screen...The theater is always a big hit!

This level is where you will find the second of two bedrooms and bathrooms. This master suite features a king size bed and a flat screen TV. The bathroom,
which can be accessed from the bedroom or the game room, features a shower/tub combo.

Last, but certainly not least, is the hot tub which is located on the lower level deck. The hot tub is the perfect place to wind down after a day in the
Great Smoky Mountains National Park while you enjoy the mountain views offered by The Owl & The Trout.

Each TV (including the theater room) has Charter Cable.
There is FREE high speed, wireless internet in this cabin.
Gas fireplaces are turned off from May 1 to October 1. Fire pits are functional year round.

During inclement weather (especially in the winter months), the Resort's roads are maintained by our maintenance staff and should not be a big concern
to you and your group. Our roads are not steep and are widely paved.

The Resort is motorcycle friendly, featuring flat, paved parking spaces suitable for motorcycles and trailers.
