We are the official RiverStone Resort Management Company. When you enter the resort please come to our administrative office, the first building on the right as you enter the resort, where you will be greeted by our friendly front desk staff to assist you with your check in and are on staff 24/7 for any and all of your needs during your stay with us. Our newly upgraded Signature two-bedroom Riverview condo at RiverStone Resort and Spa is the ideal choice for families who want to experience the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. This spacious condo comfortably sleeps up to six (6) guests, featuring a large king bed in the master bedroom and two queen beds in the guest bedroom. It's perfect for families who want to spend quality time together, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. As you enter the condo, you'll be greeted by the fully equipped kitchen and separate dining room table, where you can enjoy delicious home-cooked meals together. We experienced several issues during our stay. First upon arrival in our condo I felt the need to vacuum. It appeared that had been missed. Later that first evening I planned to use the jacuzzi tub and after filling the tub discovered the jests wouldn't come on. I placed a service call and they did respond quickly and the young guy opened the access door to the tub and did something and it worked! Second day of our stay we heard a noise from the washer/dryer closet and realized we had a bird stuck in our drying vent. Since it was a stackable unit this would not be an easy fix but while we were gone the maintenance crew took care of the bird. Final incident occurred after a wind storm took out the power and we lost internet and tv connections. Once again we called maintenance and again they responded quickly and after multiple trips restored our internet and tv programing. The staff was wonderful I'm sure they tired of seeing Bldg. 4 Condo 431 on their service list. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. Kiddos loved the playground, pool and inground trampoline.
