“worst hotel i have stayed at they gave us a dirty room dirty towels in the room it smelt soooo bad and the staff were not helpfully or nice at all we got a new room but they made it a big deal they wouldn’t give us clean towels the other days because we were not at the hotel when they knocked on the door to clean they were just unbelievably rude and it felt very unsafe the hinge on top of the door for the second lock was broken so i felt like i had to barricade the door since it was filled with...

“The motel was in such a great location and a lot quieter than on the gatlinburg strip which was ideal for what we wanted. It was a flexible check in time and the staff were very nice and helpful with local recommendations. The room was spacious and had all amenities we needed. Would recommend!”
