“We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Village for my birthday. Every single staff member was excellent- friendly, courteous and helpful. I can't remember all of their names but do remember Ganesh and Abigail on reception along with Naira and Balakrishna at Chutney. We spoke to the lovely female head chef at Chutney to thank her for the wonderful breakfast buffets - again her name eludes me but she was so sweet and does an excellent job. “I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was extremely courteous and always ready to help with a smile. The service was prompt, and all my requests were handled efficiently.
The location is great, making it convenient to travel around. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying here again.
