Staff was good to us and friendly. Helpful when needed and on options to do or avoid abd getting us food order late on arrival! Owner seemed friendly the one time we met ! Good and safe location as Inca area is nuts . Breakfast was ok but average at best . But enjoyed non the less ! Big elevator ...

Bellissimo Hotel nel verde
Hotel enorme immerso nel verde, pieno di animali,con qualsiasi tipo di confort. Consigliatissimo. Unica pecca il Wi-Fi solo nelle aree comuni, non in camera.

All staff extremely welcoming. Called transportation. Restaurant team hustled and helpful. Clean, safe, quiet. Backyard view of the Bay sunset. Not walkable to El Chaco.
