“Lovely, grand and opulent hotel in the heart of Sapa. Beautiful decor and excellent, friendly staff (especially Khuong who gave us a tour of the hotel and recognised us every time we saw him). Recommend staying here for 1-2 nights if in Sapa! Although hotels a little bit outside of the centre do offer better views from your room of the nearby hills and Sapa scenery.
