“Liked the room,and shower . Staff from Hotel to restaurant and all in between were amazing, Polite and efficient with customer service. Lodge restaurant off the skyline elevators was not good food. Service was great but food was served raw salmon and raw steak. Not good.”

“The staff stunk. Didn't know dry cleaning. Lost 3 dress articles trying to recover from trusting their dry cleaning promises. No bar no lobby coffee. Breakfast runner who didn't speak English. Sleepy security. TV didn't work. 5 bucks for a small bottle of water. Chip on shoulder front desk...and on and on shame because Sharon is a good brand”

“This was a great stay. I was skeptical because of the neighborhood. However, once you walked in, I’d felt comfy and welcoming. The staff was great and the amenities were great. The property was clean. The only complaint was the outside was not the cleanest but I feel like that’s not their complete fault. Some people left garbage and other items around. Not cool. It gave the hotel a bad look from the outside. I would not drop the rating due to that minor detail. Overall, great and happy...

“The breakfast was minimal with not a lot thought or care put into it. The biscuits were stale and the eggs lacked a lot. The bacon was thin and under cooked. When going into the breakfast area,the chairs were placed on the table and it was 2 hours until breakfast time was over. There’s also a lack of training in regards to how to professionally clean an eating or dining area. This was quite a disappointing experience. ”
