“Great place with so much to offer in it. Never seen anything like this and the place is HUGE! We checked in and out for 1 night only but we will definitely keep this place in mind next time we are in Memphis. Staff were very friendly and courteous and supportive. We ate at Wahlburgers and it was fine. My wife used the hot tub and she loved it. Highly recommend anyone staying at this place when in Memphis or near by.”

“My wife and I have stayed here a handful of times over the years, often as a splurge on our wedding anniversary. This time around I mentioned on the on-line registration form that it was our 22nd wedding anniversary. Both the front-desk person who checked us in and the greeter at the Capriccio Grill greeted us with that fact in hand. That was nice. But it was later, when we got back to the room at 9:30 PM, that we found a bottle of Champagne (well, French blancs de blancs) icing in a bucket...

“Couldn't watch TV because the television section of the notebook had no page, just the divider saying, Television. Other sections were missing pages too. Internet was spotty and nonexistent at times. Some of the exterior doors wouldn't open with a key card. Was given the room number but wasn't told it was an interior room. I was under the impression from the description there was a fridge in the room. There wasn't. Don't know why it was rated as high as it was because it wasn't.”

“The room was clean, and the staff was great. We were able to keep the room cool enough. The king bed room, however, was TINY. It was small for one person, but unacceptable for two people. The was only space for one piece of luggage to place off of the floor. Desktop space and bathroom countertop space were inadequate. The cubby hole to hang clothes was laughably small. If you’re traveling with more than one person, and you need to stay more than one night, I would recommend looking to another...
