Recentemente rinnovato 5 camere da letto, 3 bagni 2 piani casa contemporanea con soffitti di 9 piedi al primo piano con una camera da letto e un bagno completo vicino al soggiorno e cucina. Nuovi ripiani in quarzo e isola in cucina e uno splendido caminetto a gas in quarzo nuovo nel soggiorno. Tutti i tappeti sono stati rimossi e sostituiti con NUOVI pavimenti in legno naturale di betulla canadese nel soggiorno, nella zona pranzo, in tutte e 5 le camere da letto e nel corridoio al piano superiore.

Il ponte a tutta larghezza con panchine e balcone al piano superiore offre una vista fantastica sul bellissimo lago Portage. Zona di nuoto poco profonda e 150 piedi di banchina in alluminio con 2 skilift per contenere il PWC e l'ascensore per barche per la tua barca, 3 barche pontone disponibili per il noleggio a partire da $ 170 al giorno, possono essere prenotate e pagate al momento dell'arrivo.

Parco di suddivisione privato con Sandy Beach. Snack bar lungo nella zona pranzo con 8 sgabelli da bar e un tavolo da pranzo con 8 sedie. Nuova TV 4K da 65 "in soggiorno e TV 4K da 50" al piano superiore. Anderson Windows, tetto nuovo, riscaldamento a gas naturale FA, aria centrale, generatore di casa intera, seminterrato poco profondo con pavimento in cemento e ampio garage per 2 auto. This is a beautiful location in Pickney on the lake, Joe was a very friendly host with excellent communication. He was very responsive with any questions we had. We were there for a very quick stay for two nights for a wedding in town, but would gladly come back for a much longer relaxing trip.

8 senior ladies rented this property for a golfing trip. It was very adequate as everyone had their own bed. The kitchen had what we needed if we were cooking meals. Beautiful view of Portage lake with plenty of outdoor chairs and tables. Golf courses nearby was an added bonus. This would be a great place for large family vacation.

The house outdid the photos! We had a wonderful time. The house was spacious and comfortable for my group and the amenities were great (my favorite was the paddle boards and kayaks). We would definitely recommend this property.

We've rented this house and Joe's other house on Baseline lake for 5 years. We've always been happy with the properties and Joe's availability to respond to any issues. What is unusual is the pontoon boats he has available for a reasonable rental price.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful property! The home was clean and nicely decorated with comfortable beds and lots of space for our family of seven! The house is situated on a big lot overlooking the best part of the lake. The host was friendly and helped make our stay great. We had a great area to swim and enjoyed using the kayaks and paddle boards. We definitely want to stay here again!

Lovely week!

Property in great shape, perfect for our family. We wanted someplace where we could access the water from shore and not only from the end of the dock and this worked! Cute private beach 3 doors down as well. Very convenient to have the pontoon available at the dock and we could pick rental dates by the weather. Great for our young grandkids. The lake is a little weedy but it was great for fishing. A great week with family!

Girls weekend

The place was perfect for what we needed for a girls weekend getaway. The property was beautiful, and everything worked fine. I enjoyed kayaking on the lake with all the gear available. It’s well water downstairs so we brought bottled water. Water upstairs was best for bathing. Warning, there are signs from the neighbors protesting vacation rentals when you come in, but no one bothered us. Property manager was responsive. I would consider staying here again.

February 2025 Weekend Getaway

This location was great for our weekend getaway. The lake view was beautiful, I’d imagine it’s even more impressive in the summertime! Large kitchen with plenty of seating, cozy living room area, & comfortable beds with extra blankets in the closets if needed.

Fabulous large lake house

Fabulous home for our large family in town for a wedding from 6 different states. Nicely clean upon arrival, beds and all furniture were very comfortable, and common areas were very conducive to catching up with family. Communication was excellent and all Interactions with Joseph (host) were very positive and he went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Appreciate the extra blankets in each bedroom closet, plenty of towels even for our large family, and the iron and ironing board. The lake view is stunning - given the opportunity we would absolutely stay at this home again!!

Hometown Feel!

I highly recommend this lovely property. Plenty of space for our party of 11 people. Everyone was so comfortable and the weather and the lake were just so amazing. The owner made it so easy for us to check in and answered all of the questions that I had. Hope to rent this again next year for a family reunion! Prices are reasonable and made long lasting memories together !

Overall, this rental was great for our group. Spacious with lots of sleeping accomodations. Communication with the host was fantastic and check in/out was a breeze. Lots of amenities for outdoor activities (which we didn't use but was nice to have) and well stocked kitchen. The only downsides to take off a few stars were 1). the place was not quite clean (our socks were black by the end of the day even though no one wore shoes in the house) and the neighborhood was quite anti short term rental. Perfect weekend family getaway

1st floor master was perfect for 80+y.o. Parents. Lots of space for the 8 of us. Lovely water views. Took the kayaks across the lake and watched eagles. Very quiet neighborhood for sleeping. Suggestion for owners to review the property for elderly hazards like uneven front walkways. Also check smoke detectors for legal number ( only saw one upstairs). Regardless, I would return.

We have stayed here several times on golf trips. Close to a few good reasonably priced golf courses. Lots of rooms for everyone. Will probably plan on staying again next year.
