Resort con appartamenti a Pine Cay

“High end, low key. Old school Caribbean. Very personable, all staff are exceptional. Food excellent. ”

“ La struttura è un bel complesso di piccole dimensioni, adiacente ad una marina, situata in una community nella parte nord-est di Providenciales, molto distante da qualsiasi servizio (supermercato, negozi, farmacia). Le camere sono vista mare, molto ampie e accoglienti, dotate di ampio soggiorno e cucina full optional. La pulizia è ottima. La spiaggia privata è di piccole dimensioni; a disposizione degli ospiti c’è una navetta gratuita per la spiaggia di Grace Bay; per raggiungere le...

“Very good stay ”

“The staff was amazing!!! They made everyone feel like a VIP. The hotel is located in an area of grace bay that is easily accessible to small shops, coffee, etc The amenities are great and the poolside and beach staff are amazing. A shout out to Jameson who made us feel so welcomed, kept our drinks and food flowing and always made sure we were well taken care of. The buffet breakfast was great as well. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. Definitely great for families.”

“Struttura comoda con personale disponibile. 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia ”

“The room was large and very well equipped and decorated, except for the mattress of the sofa bed which was really bad. The hotel changed it only after many complains and eventually gave us a dusty mattress smelling of mould. When we complained again they tried to fix the problem with a clean cover but it was then the end of the week and not at all the best solution. We didn’t like either the fixed mosquito nets on the terrace; the fixed nets become dusty and the view on the ocean were definitely...

“Bellissima posizione struttura nuova ne complesso ottima”

“Ambientazione e natura molto bella, servizio impeccabile. Non è chiaro quando si prenota l'ubicazione delle abitazioni vista mare, dalle foto sembrano sulla spiaggia poi in realtà non lo sono. Molta confusione e sovraffollamento delle piscine.”

“Clean room. Beautiful beach. Beautiful beach view from balcony. Very friendly staff”

“The doors for the bathroom and shower are shared and rather awkward. They dont fully close on one side either (Shower).”

“Top mare e spiaggia, cibo e attenzione al cliente nn valgono il prezzo della struttura”

“Beautiful adult, clean, friendly staff place. No complaints”

“a new hotel, beautiful room, top services, all available, excellent transfer to the fabulous beach, excellent food (we are Italian), we celebrated 25 years of marriage, it couldn't have been better”

“We had an AMAZING stay. The property is well maintained. Amenities convenient. Food GOOD. Staff EXCEPTIONAL! Shout Out to Raheem!”

“Great stay at the Retreat. It embraces the name! The concierge was very friendly and gave us excellent recommendations for water excursions and local restaurants. Our room was very spacious and everything in it felt brand new. I especially liked that the bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, and the memory foam mattress was very comfortable. The room was spotless. Housekeeping came twice a day, including an evening turndown to get the room ready for sleeping. I used the pool, hot tub, and...

“It was a great stay, smaller boutique style hotel. Staff is very friendly, food was good, room was spacious. Great experience overall.”
