“Both rooms smelled like sewage the entire time we stayed in the hotel. Went down the second day and talked to the front desk about the smell and her first response was questioning why we didn’t come down sooner? We later received a phone call from someone also with poor manners complaining our request was too vague and asked for specifics. If we knew where the smell was coming from, we wouldn’t have asked? We told the person on the phone that it might’ve been kitchen drain and then asked for a...

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and smelled fresh. The room had a full size refrigerator in it and a recliner. We have stayed at other my place hotels with the same experience. ”

“Staff was great! The cost for the pet is not factored into the expedia.com quote. They will add a per day fee to your total amount at the hotel. Carpet in the room if filthy, probably never cleaned. Bed is comfortable. Tub height is way to high very difficult to climb out of plus the shower has green lime in the shower head. Water pressure is great though, room is nice and cold. Breakfast is ok. Coffee was phenomenal out of the little machine in the dinning area.”

“The king bed was so comfortable to both my husband and myself; in fact the room itself was so spacious. All the staff members, from front desk to housekeeping, were exceptionally pleasant and we will definitly book this hotel again when visiting Las Vegas.”

“Receptionist was very rude to me. She totally embarrasses me in front of my husband and other guest. She was unkept, not dressed properly, hair was very messy. Online show’s kitchen area very deceiving !It was so small room for one cup, the closet didn’t fit clothes only iron board and iron room had one chair no table!”
