“One of our best friends is getting married in July. We decided to celebrate him with our closest friends. This location fit everyone comfortably, the house is very clean and has all the bells and whistles. The best part about the property is the location. We’ve booked other Aunt Suzie’s properties before and appreciate their professionalism & ease of communication. Their check in/check out procedures are very easy. “It was perfect. It was just for my wife and I, to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. The cabin was super clean and had everything we needed. Area so quit and private, just the kind of stuff we love. The breakfast basket was greatly appreciated. Couldn’t have asked for more. Will definitely recommend and even book again. P. S. Saw A rabbit, chipmunks and deer. No bears. Maybe next time .😉”

“Costly for what it is. At a hotel the bathroom is in same room, black out shades, more space, better beds with pillows and blankets, most places offer free breakfast all for less than $200. Thankful it was available but costly. Very quiet Very clean I would recommend 1 of bigger cabins for longer stays, seemed like a safe welcoming place to be. Thus would be 4 star overall review.”

“What an amazing property! Gorgeous, custom log cabin with all the amenities! We were there for a college graduation weekend. My family thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Hot tub, pool table, fire pit - soooo much fun! The cabin was spotless, full of special touches. So pretty, so quaint. No complaints! Would definitely book again.”

“Stayed overnight with my son. Cabin was perfect for the two of us. Campground was very quiet (it was also the middle of the week). Cabin was clean and very comfortable (flushing toilet and inside shower, ac, small kitchenette, internet, tv, queen bed and a futon). It also had a picnic table and fire pit (so I could show off my fire building skills to my son lol). Ice and fire pit supplies available for purchase so remember some cash. Will be back for sure!”

“"Cabin in the woods" accurately describes your first impressions as you roll into the heavy forest clearing. Great presentation, lovely rustic interior as shown in the pictures. Well equipped kitchen for basic meal preparation. Other than the outcome of the Michigan game it was a perfect weekend! Queen bed mattress is a bit past it's prime but that's the only thing I can think of to improve the quality of the rental. We would stay here again for sure!”

“This is a lovely property and there were only minor issues with cleanliness such as dead bugs and spider webs throughout the rental which leads me to believe it is not thoroughly cleaned regularly. My major concern was that the listing stated that the owners who live in the house above stay at one of their other properties when the downstairs apartment is booked. “We were greet by a super sweet lady, Sharon who showed us around the property. I would not Consider this property as “having all the amenities of home”’as there is no WiFi, couch or tv” but it’s the perfect place for. “Camping” style trip as the mattresses are very thin. There are No places deliver food to this location so make sure to bring everything you need as the closest store is about 25 minutes away. Also a little further of a drive to PSU as we realized.
