“ Attentive and great service. Easy prephone registration, lobby cozy and updated. DVD's to borrow. Basic room had nice bed, towels and Beekman 1802 toiletries. Mini Frigidaire fridge. I wish room had been a bit more updated. Kitch wood paneling from the 60's is an experience, but carpet was musty and damp. Grounds were beautiful. Cabin rooms had fire grills and picnic tables. Right on the main route 28 to all things Catskills.”

“Our stay at the Roxbury Motel was great. Our room was clean, and the decor unique. The whole place had great character and the front desk people were friendly. My only concern was that when I booked our room, it didn't say it was at the motel, which is a separate, but nearby, location from the Roxbury at Stratton Falls. Our friend were staying there and we didn't realize until we arrived that our place was down the road a couple of miles. Other than that, it was a great stay.”

“The property is really old and requires renovation. Bathroom has cracks all around and enamel in the bathtub is damaged. It was really difficult to get the hot water setting and water was luke warm. The flooring throughout is really old and mainly dirty. There was no door mat inside the apartment or any way really to keep the slushy dirt out. There were no paper towels inside the apartment. Would not stay there again. Couch is old, the batteries in the tv remote control were old making...
