Cabina in collina con vista mozzafiato!

Un rifugio di montagna bello e spazioso con vista mozzafiato sull'intera città di Pine e sui monti Matazal a sud. Completata nel 2007, questa casa di 2.350 piedi quadrati dispone di 4 camere da letto, 3 bagni e una cucina completa con forno a microonde, lavastoviglie, dispensa e doppio forno.

Al piano superiore ci sono 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni, oltre alla cucina, alla sala da pranzo e alla camera familiare. Inoltre, al piano inferiore, c'è una seconda master suite con un set camera da letto matrimoniale e un divano letto e un bagno privato con doccia. C'è anche una lavanderia completa, compresa una stanza di fango accessibile dal garage al piano di sotto. Il garage è di 1.000 sq / ft ed è collegato con parcheggio per un'auto. Le porte del garage sono alte 10 piedi in modo da poter ospitare un camion di grandi dimensioni.

Ci sono quattro TV in totale con la rete DISH. La master suite ha un bagno privato e una porta arcadia che accede al ponte avvolgente. Il master include anche una grande TV a schermo piatto con un lettore DVD. Al piano superiore c'è un grande camino a legna in pietra nella camera familiare. La cucina e la camera familiare sono un concetto aperto con comodi posti a sedere, un divano in pelle e due poltrone in pelle, un tavolo da pranzo che può ospitare 8 e un tavolo da pub che può espandersi per ospitare altri 4. Il tavolo da pub funge anche da tavolo da puzzle ed è davanti alle finestre dello chalet dal pavimento al soffitto che catturano le viste meravigliose.

La cabina è situata su un terreno terrazzato di 1,5 acri, in una piccola suddivisione di abitazioni personalizzate chiamate Pine Mountain Acres. Il quartiere è composto da circa 40 case su lotti di oltre 1 ettaro. È un mix di residenti a tempo pieno e weekenders. La struttura si trova sopra Pine Creek e si affaccia su White Oaks Glen. Si tratta di un'area attraversata da cervi ed alci nel loro cammino verso e dal torrente. Grandi e piccoli branchi nella zona arrivano proprio di fronte alla proprietà al mattino e nel tardo pomeriggio / tramonto.

Beautiful location with views!

The property is located in the hills above Pine and the views are very beautiful. The house was clean, well stocked and we had a very nice trip. One thing that did surprise us because it’s not mentioned in the ad, is that you have to pack your garbage out and the filling station at the bottom of the hill charged 5/bag for dumping your garbage in their bin. For the money you’re paying for the place, we did feel that it would have been more appropriate to put your garbage in the can in the garage and ask the cleaning people to take it away when they clean the house.

Problems with the hot water and main tv.

It was a nice get away but we had problems with showers there was no Hot water we did contact the host but wasn’t able to help out in any of our questions. Also the family room tv didn’t work or connect with the control very outdated equipment hard to use. Host was not very helpful even on the phone. Other than that the place was nice.

Exactly as shown in pictures. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. We went for Christmas and the house was decorated for the holiday! We would definitely stay here again.Only suggestion is fill your trash bags completely. It was suggested we dump trash at Tom’s Chevron in town . When we took our trash to Tom’s they charge 5 per bag! We ended up bringing our trash Home with us.

Amazing Property!

This property is everything you could ever want! We have returned to it several times, and each time, it is incredible. The house is inviting, and the views truly are the best in Pine. Fire wood is supplied for the beautiful rock fireplace. The check-in process was easy, all appliances and electronics worked well, and the beds were comfortable. As a Southern girl, you know I loved the porch swing! A bonus is the extra refrigerator/freezer in the garage, and being able to park one car in the garage. I have nothing negative to say about this home. It is incredible!

Beautiful view!!

The view from this property is beautiful! Watching the sunset, overlooking the pine trees, it is so peaceful. We saw a few elk on the property in the early morning. The home is very spacious, the beds were very comfortable and the cabin had all fhe amenities you need. Plenty of firewood is provided. Plenty of seating. Only downside we had, you have to take any trash you accumulate with you when you leave.

We had a great 2 nights stay at the cabin. Very nice view. Fully furnished with a lot of amenities. Very clean. The only problem was that they don't have trash service and we had to take the trash to the gas station

Perfect weekend getaway!

We were staying in town for a wedding. There were 7 of us. This place was perfect with 2 master suites and 2 extra bedrooms and a bathroom. The house is decorated nicely and has everything that you could possibly think that you would need. The property manager was very kind and messaged us before our stay letting us know that we could check in early if we wished and also let us know that we could check out anytime on the last day of our stay. We will definitely book this home again in the future for our next Pine getaway. Only heads up is that the driveway is very steep, but it was no issue for our trucks. Thanks for the great stay!

Great stay!

What a beautiful home! The views were amazing and the home was well put together. Had everything you needed and more! There was a lot of rules to this home, but i definitely understand why. The home is beautiful and the owner wants it to stay that way. The rules never made us feel uncomfortable what so ever. My children had a blast making smores on the firepit on the lower deck and playing fooseball in the play room downstairs. The huge garage was a big hit for my 6 year old who brought her skates and was enjoying skating her life away in there. We enjoyed a small hike and lakes and creeks are close by! Thank you for sharing this home with us.

Magnificent Views and Lots of Critters!

The porch was the biggest hit! Overlooking tall pines and lush greenery, we saw deer, elk, bunnies and squirrels. The local restaurants were amazing, especially The Strawberry Lodge Italian Restaurant and Rim Country BBQ and Wood-fired Pizza… Perfect for my son and daughter-in-law’s 24th wedding anniversary celebration. The kids enjoyed the game room and exploring the area. We loved the trip!

Beautiful stay and accommodations in Pine, AZ

The home was clean and beautiful and located on one of the most desirable mountain sides in Pine, AZ. We saw many elk and deer in the neighborhood. We look forward to going back in the future and highly recommend this VRBO/host to anybody considering the area!
