About this space
Have fun with the whole family in this spacious and stylish house with great views of Strawberry Ridge. This house has all the amenities for a proper time away without needing to bring "all the things". The front yard is a lovely spot for morning coffee or an evening meal. The backyard has wonderful views of the ridge and a HUGE yard for endless play. There is an updated, state-of-the-art open kitchen with ample room for dining, watching TV and hanging out. Have fun downstairs in the game room!
The space
This two-level house has four bedrooms with beds accomodating 3 adult couples (6 adults) and 5 children. There is also space for 1-2 infants. There is a furnace/heater and a swamp cooler that heat and cool the entire house respectively. To ensure a great experience, quiet portable fans are provided in each bedroom, ceiling fans in all rooms, and space heaters in the downstairs bedrooms.

Top floor: You enter on the top floor through the front door into the open layout living room, kitchen and dining room. Adjacent to the dining room is a large, fully-stocked, walk-in pantry for all cooking needs. This floor has two bedrooms and one full bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, dresser, bedside dresser, two lamps, closet, ceiling fan and a portable fan. Bedroom 2 is both a bedroom and an office and can be configured to have a king bed or two twin beds. It also has a bedside table, two lamps, a clothing dresser, a wall-mounted TV, ceiling fan, portable fan, a desk, desk chair and an HDMI connected monitor. The office setup and Wifi is great for Zoom / Teams calls while working remotely. The bathroom on this level has a combination bathtub / shower. The living area has a 55" TV that has ability to stream all the major streaming services.

Bottom floor: Down the stairs next to the kitchen, you enter into the game room that has a 5-sport mini-game table including ping-pong, pool, air hockey, and basketball. This floor also has two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and a laundry room. The primary bedroom has a king bed, sitting chair and table, two bedside tables, two lamps, ceiling fan, portable fan, space heater and a very large walk-in closet with dresser that can also easily hold a pack-n-play. The second bedroom on this level has two bunk beds: one twin-over-twin bunk bed and one twin-over-double bunk bed. This room also has a bedside table, ceiling fan, portable fan, space heater, a walk-in closet and four mini-clamp-lamps for each of the beds. This bunk room can accomodate five children. On this same level there is the laundry room with full-size washer and dryer that are available for use.

As mentioned, all rooms have ceiling fans and overhead lights. All bedrooms have portable fans and the bottom two bedrooms have space heaters.

Parking is easy peezy with 4 parking spaces in the driveway and additional parking available on the road.
Other things to note
This is a well-stocked kitchen and pantry ensuring nearly any meal can be cooked! Along with the state of the art Samsung fridge, microwave, oven and electric stovetop, the smaller kitchen appliances include: drip coffee machine, slow cooker, Nutribullet, toaster oven, electric tea kettle, KitchenAid mixer, hand mixer and waffle iron. Cooking pans and pots include: sauce pans, frying pans, boiling pots, cast iron pan, cookie sheets, cake pans, brownie pans, muffin pans, Cornighware casserole dishes, etc. There are place settings for 12 as well as many serving trays, dishes and spoons. This kitchen is a dream to cook in!
