“Clean room”

“The staff was excellent, and the stay was great with no noise issues at all, Overall, everything was very clean. The only areas for improvement would be updating the shower curtains and doing a more thorough cleaning of the bathtub tiles. Other than that, it was a great experience.”

“I would not stay here again. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Property condition is poor.”

“I love the hotel. Our room was beautiful and the staff was great, but the bed is absolutely miserable. Hard as a rock and the sheets and mattress cover were not fitting properly. They seemed way too small for the mattress. It kept coming off in the middle of the night, I complained they told me they fixed it. The same thing happened the next night. It is very miserable sleeping on a bare mattress. They need to get better bedding. I will not stay at this hotel again because the beds are terrible.”

“Shower and pool were disgusting. Pool looked like an ecoli breeding ground. Shower needed a bag on the floor to make it less gross. Room smelled wet and gross”
